Horikita's Sticky Problem

As I laid in my room with a thin lipped expression, I had decided to then go outside to get some fresh air and I had called Kiyotaka along to accompany me, apparently he couldn't fall asleep

As we headed back we saw a familiar face on the CCTV, which showed what exactly was happening in the elevator, Kiyotaka did too as he grew a bit confused as he saw Horikita in her student uniform

Kiyotaka then grabbed me by the wrist and dragged us behind the vending machine, our bodies were pressed with one another as I looked at him weirdly but decided not to comment

'Maybe Kiyotaka had a one night stand with her so it would be awkward to see her once more?' I jokingly thought

I looked with amusement as Horikita exited the lobby with a hurried pace, we both followed her until we both hid again on a different wall, I heard another pair of footsteps so I assumed they were the reason for Horikita to go out late a night

'A lover? Or could it be...'

"Suzune, I didn't actually think you'd follow me this far" A sharp voice said, the voice obviously belonging to a male

"Hmph, I'm far different from the girl you knew brother, I'm here to catch you" I raised an eyebrow at the peculiar choice of words

"I hear you were placed in Class D, I suppose nothing has changed in the last three years, you were always fixated on following me, choosing to come to this school was a mistake" Her brother harshly said

"Then I'll prove you wrong and reach class A" Horikita stubbornly said as I stayed silent along with Kiyotaka

"Then it's pointless, you'll never reach class A, things at this school aren't always what they seem" Her brother, the student council president retorted

"I will definitely, definitely, reach-!" Horikita said in a tone I'd never heard before coming from her. it almost sounded like pleading

"Like I've told you, it's pointless" Her brother interrupted her as he finally came into view for us to see and I saw that he matched Kiyotaka's description to a T

His expression reminded of Kiyotaka for a bit but it looked more stern and not 'laid back' as Kiyotaka's

He then suddenly grabbed his younger sister by the wrist and pushed her up against the wall, she seemed to offer no resistance as he did so

"No matter how I try to avoid you, the fact that you're my little sister remains, if people around here learned the truth, I'd be humiliated. Leave this school immediately" He threatened with narrowed eyes

"I can't do that, I'll definitely reach class A, I'll show you" She persevered despite his harsh words

"Don't be stupid, do you want to relive the pain of the past? You posses neither the abilities nor qualities to reach Class A, get that through your head" His tone became harsher as I stood there, still hidden, with an amused expression

He seemed as if he was about to strike her as he reeled his free palm and most likely hit her abdomen, so before he could do so I went out and gripped his wrist that was about to strike

"My my, if I didn't know you were relatives, I'd think this was a rape scene" I said with humour in my tone as Horikita looked shocked at my sudden appearance

"Eavesdropping is not an admirable quality" He said with narrowed eyes toward me as I merely shrug

"Neither is raping your sister, but hey what do I know? I've never lived in Alabama" I once again said
