"My head hurts a lot." I whined. I mean m not lying.
"Let's take you home. I will massage your tummy at your house come on. " He pulled me to Luke and Madz. "Hey we're gonna go to her house her head is hurting. We'll see you guys tomorrow. " we said our goodbyes and we got to the car.
"I love you." I smiled as his hand wrapped into mine.
"I love you too." He kissed my forehead. "You didn't eat lunch today. Or yesterday so let's go get food. " I sighed. I'm not hungry.
"No. I'm okay. My stomach hurts. We can eat at my house." I closed my eyes homing he'd listen.
"Okay." He nodded and drove towards my house. When we got to my drive way he parked behind my dad's car.
"Dad we're home!" I shouted.
"Who's we?" He shouted from the kitchen.
"Hello." Calum chuckled. "How are you sir?" His hand went to shake his hand.
"I'm good. How are you short stuff?" He looked up at Calum chuckling.
"I'm good. I need to get Viv to bed though. I think she has a fever." He gripped onto my hand.
"Oh okay get her up there, thanks for taking care of her. " He nodded and we got upstairs.
"Take your shoes off." He pulled out a t-shirt of his from my drawer and some tights. I slipped into the shirt and got into bed.
He got into bed with me and played with my eyebrows. "I love you." He whispered as his nose brushed mine.
"I love you to." I smiled as his thumb caresses my cheek.
"Go to sleep." He kissed my forehead. I wasn't tired. Nor did my stomach hurt. I just wanted to get to my house.
I pretended to sleep. My eyes were closed and my lips parted. I guess he thought I was asleep because he started talking to me. While I was" asleep" that is
"I love you kid. You and you're little hands to you're little feet. And the way you laugh and sneeze. I love the way your little arms hug me and your head nudges into me. " I couldn't help but smile.
"I love you." I chuckled.
"Shh. I thought you were asleep!" He laughed. His cheeks were a pink.
"You're cute." I kisses his nose.
His lips sipped to mine and I rubbed my hand onto his cheek. "Take a nap with me." I spoke in his ear.
His arms pulled me to him and hummed into my ear. I soon started drifting off to sleep.
Calum's POV:
When I woke up it was dark. "Babe." I tried to wake Viv up. "Vivi" I kisses her lips.
"Hmm." Her eyes started fluttering open.
"What time is it baby." I looked around and found a clock. It read 9:40. "Babe I have to get home. I'll see you tomorrow." I kissed her forehead.
"Calum." She sighed. Her eyes were shut and I believe she was sleep talking. "I love you." I smiled.
"I love you." I put my shoes on and got home.
Viv's POV:
When I woke up it was morning. Calum wasn't in the bed next to me. He must have left last night.
I got dressed and got to school. My hair was straighter under my black fadora. I put a cream knit sweater over my flannel and pulled the collar out so it poked out. I wore black skinny jeans along with my creepers.
I got to school and tried to find Calum but when I got to our usual meeting spot he wasn't there. I sat and read my book.
I read the ink on the paper but soon felt the rain coming down. "Shit." I got under the building and sat.
"Hey cutie." I hears Calum from behind me. When I turned around he was holding a piece of cardboard that was soggy from the rain and balloons.
"What's that?" I chuckled at the way he tried to look mad.
"I was going to ask you to prom but my poster for all wet and all I have are these stupid balloons. You know how hard I worked on this poster?" I laughed at how cute and flustered he was.
"Awee Calum." I laughed and hugged him. "I'll go to prom with you. " I kissed him softly and laughed.
"Thank you." He smiled. "Lets go throw this away. " I looked at the paper falling off of the soggy cardboard.
