Chapter 4

Y/n PoV
The day was going really well I found out that we were filming a short clip from the cast to go at the start of the movie. Every so often I saw Tom looking at me. At times it was pretty strange and I didn't really know what to do but I just ignored him.
After like 45 mins into filming the director called a break.
Y/n- 'That was so much fun'
Tina- 'yeh it was, so u wanna go get coffee?' Tina was my friend from work we met from when I interned and we became really good friends so when I found out Tina was doing this job too I was really happy.
Y/n- 'Oh yeh I could do with a salted caramel latte right now'
Tina- 'Lets go I think it's this way' pointing along the corridor.
Suddenly I saw someone that I hadn't seen before, and he was pretty hot!
I just stood there with my mouth wide open. Then he looked at me his blue eyes were insane and his blonde hair looked fluffy. Then I was very conscious of what I was doing, I was stood in the doorway with my mouth open staring!!!!!!

Tina's PoV-
We walked along the corridor to the little cafe in the studios. I walked in before y/n then stopped and looked back to talk to her but she had stopped in the doorway looking at a boy.
Tina- 'y/n what are you doing!'
No response
Tina- 'Y/N' I tapped her on the head to make sure she seen me.
Tina- 'Are you done staring at that boy now'
Y/n- 'Y..yeh I'm done!'

Y/n PoV-
Embarrassed was an understatement I kept my head down and walked over to get my latte then suddenly I felt someone tapping me in the shoulder
Tom- 'Y/n hi'
Y/n- 'Oh hi tom I didn't see yous there' I was still looking at the boy next to him, I felt quite bad for Tom but I couldn't help it.
Tom- 'So I was wondering if you and Tina would want to come for some food, we do it every time we finish the movie so we thought you...I mean yous would want to join?'
Y/n- 'Erm.. yeh sure, so who i-'
Tom- 'Oh sorry love, this is Harrison he's my assistant and also my best mate'
Harrison- 'Hi there Tom has told me about you and your friend, and your work is amazing'
Tina had went to the toilet so I was by myself.
Y/n- 'Oh thank you I'm glad you like it, and yeh I would love to go out with you' OMG I just said that omg omg no! ' I mean we would love to go out with you both, sorry'
I could see Tom look to the ground and I felt bad.
I saw Tina walk through the door and I smiled and couldn't wait to tell her.
Y/n- 'Well anyway I better go but I'll see you both tonight, here is my number, text me later and We can arrange times' I gave them both my number and walked over to Tina and sat down to drink our coffees.

y/n- 'Guess what!'
Tina- 'What'
Y/n- 'We're going out for food with Harrison and Tom tonight' I was smiling so hard. Tina started looking at me funny.
Tina- 'What do you think is going to happen between you and Harrison?'
Y/n- 'Nothing!'
As saying that I blushed and realised I might want something to happen.

Tom's PoV-
When y/n went to sit down I felt sad and I kind of knew why.
Harrison- 'What's wrong bro?'
Tom- 'Well mate you kinda stole y/n from me'

Harrison's PoV-
Although Tom said I stole y/n I didn't think so and I was very confused.
Harrison- 'what do you mean?'
Tom- 'Y/n wouldn't stop staring at you, what's your problem mate? You knew I liked her!'
Harrison- 'I knew no such thing, and I didn't even realise her staring.'
Tom- 'Are you sure? Because I do like her but I'm pretty sure she hasn't even noticed me yet'
Harrison- 'Mate you're Tom Holland she has definitely noticed you, and anyway how long is she in New York with the photography team?'
Tom- 'I think it's 2 weeks'
Harrison- 'So you have 2 weeks to win her over'
Inside Tom was my bestfriend and I couldn't help but feel guilty because deep down it intrigued me that he was so hung over this girl and I wanted to find out more.
We messaged y/n and arranged to meet at 7 for food.

Y/n PoV
After the first day I was exausted and I couldn't wait to go to the hotel and flop onto my bed,but in reality I remembered I can't because me and Tina made plans with Harrison and Tom so I dragged myself to the mirror and started straightening my hair and put the tiniest bit of concealer on but that was all because I hated makeup and simply could not be bothered.
Suddenly Tina opened my door and ran straight over to my wardrobe and started searching through it.
Y/n- 'What do you need that's in my closet'
Tina- 'I need something to wear and I didn't pack anything to go out in and you packed like all your clothes so please help...'
Y/n- 'Ok so what type of clothes are you looking for? Dres-'
Tina- 'Yes, a dress'
Y/n- 'Okay u think I know which one will suit you'
I gave her a black long sleeved dress with thigh high boots.

Then I started to look for what I could wear and decided to wear my grey snake skin two piece with Air Force.
We called for an Uber then made our way to the restaurant. We soon realised that we were extremely early as we got there at around 6:20 so decided to go sit in a bar.
Y/n- ' do you want anything, cause I'm not saying no to a drink hahhaha' as normal I got a drink, which sometimes ends badly but oh well we only stay 22 for a year.
Tina- 'I will have a beer please'
Y/n- 'Okay'
We had our drinks then made our way to the restaurant the time was now 6:55 so we were just on time. I saw Harrison and Tom and waved.
Y/n- ' hey tom, Harrison'

Tom's PoV-
We had just arrived and the time was 6:50, we were slightly early but that didn't matter.
Then all I heard was y/n shouting mine and Harrison's name. I turned around and my mouth dropped.
Tom- 'wow, just wow'
She was gorgeous.
I was speechless, I looked up at Harrison and he too was staring/
Tom- ' we should probably stop staring before it gets weird'
Harrison- 'Yeh your right'
We all walked in and went to a table I tried to sit next to y/n but she sat next to Harrison. I gave him a what are you doing look then sat next to Tina.

Y/n PoV-
when we got to our table I managed to sit next to Harrison which I was pleased about but I couldn't help but notice toms face when I did so. He probably thinks he's doing it un noticed but every time he does something like that I notice, like when we were getting coffee earlier today.
I thought about it for a minute then decided to let it go.

Tina- 'So I'm gonna go to the bathroom, I'll be right back'
Harrison- 'Me too!'
I saw Harrison look at Tom but pretended not to.
Tom- ' soo.. how do you like New York?'
Y/n- 'Yeh I like it, it's obviously very different to Princeton but I think It's a nice change, how a lour you because clearly your not from here'
Tom- 'Well..haha.. yeh I'm from London but I spend most my time in the states so I get kinda used to it, so how come you live in Princeton'
Y/n- ' erm.. I got a job in a newspaper studio as a photographer, so I moved here, hey do you want some more drinks'
I get he was trying but I was desperate for Harrison to come back so I decided to prefer drinks to take the edge off of thinks.

Tom's PoV-
Taking to y/n was great. I feel like we really connected. She went to order drinks even though she has already had like 3. I ordered a beer and she ordered a vodka and coke.
When she got back we talked some more then Harrison and Tina came back.
The food eventually came and we all ate.

1 hour later...

We finished at the restaurant and decided to go to a club.
Y/n- 'Can we go and dance Harrison'
Harrison- ' sure lets go'
I could see they were getting on well and I tried to not let it bother me so I decided to get shots with Tina.
Tom and Tina- '1,2,3 GO'..........OMG that was disgusting but it was working because I was starting to forget about Harrison and y/n and had more fun.
