Chapter 20: Nightmare

*Midoriya's POV*

"I missed you" 

The words kept ringing in my head,

Does he really miss me?!

Did I make a mistake?!

If he didn't cheat then where did Ochako find that photo?!

If it was a lie then why did she show me it right before our wedding?!

"Deku-kun...?" said a soft voice from outside my dorm room, 

(hE cAmE bAcK fRoM ToDoRoKi'S rOoM) 

"Yes, Ochako?" I said slightly annoyed but spoke in a kind manner

"C-can I talk to you?" She said in a voice that seemed like she could cry any second

"Sure..."  I walked to the and opened soon finding Ochako collapsing on me passing out, from her appearance it looked she was crying and looked like she hasn't slept in days, I picked her up and placed her down on my bed waiting for her to walk up so she can talk about she wanted to talk about. 

I sigh letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding, 

honestly, I sometimes forget how to breathe.

About an hour or so I was in my chair doing some homework when I hear shuffling in my bed, I turned around to see Ochako sitting up and rubbing her eyes

"H-how long was I here for?" she asked

"An hour" I turned back around and continued doing my homework.

There was an awkward silence between us until I spoke.

"What did you want to talk about"

"A-about the picture I showed you... 5 months away.." She sounded as if she would start crying again. "I-I it was fake...I only s-showed it to you because...I was jealous..." I turned around and looked at her dumbfounded, 

"W-what... Y-you... YOU SHOWED ME A PHOTO THAT WAS FAKE JUST SO YOU CAN HAVE ME TO YOURSELF?!" I shouted finally snapping making her flinch, I stood up and walk closer her, and slapped her across her face without thinking twice.

She looked up at me smiling

"I deserved that..." She had tears rolling down her cheeks making me instantly regretting what I did, I pulled her up and hugged her tightly

"Hey...I know what did was wrong, but you shouldn't break people's relationships for your selfish need Ochako... sorry for slapping you" I apologized

She pushed me away wiping her face 

"You're too kind deku-kun...and I should be the one saying sorry..."  she confessed as I looked at her smiling, I couldn't help but laugh

"Hey! what are you laughing at!" She looked at me annoyed

"S-sorry Sorry! it's just pfft you have mascara all over face" I couldn't help but laugh louder. She looked at me like 'fuck you' before getting up and walking to my bathroom to see her face, I was expecting a shout but instead, I heard laughter making me laugh harder, 

"S-seriously," I said over my laughter as she walks out her face nicely washed now

"Yes now your punishment for laughing at me!!" she launched forward to me tickling me

that only made my laugh even harder and I was getting short on breath

"O-Ochako!!!!!" I shouted over my laughs and her laughs, after about 5 minutes of our laughter fit,

"Forgive me?" she said smiling 

"Of course!!" I said pulling her into another hug, suddenly there was a knock at my door, without opening it I knew it was Todoroki-kun, 

"HIDE!!" I whisper shouted to Ochako as she gets up and runs to the bathroom,

I also got up and walked to the door, and opened it to see Todoroki-kun as expected

"O-oh hey!" I said partly opening the door and sticking my head out, 

Without saying anything he hands me and my notebook that I let him copy since he was missing it out because of the extra classes he had to take for failing the provisional license exam.

I blinked surprised that he didn't say anything, though he is that type of person who would leave someone along if they didn't feel comfortable around him. So I understand why he left in a rush

*Todoroki's POV* 

As I was walking to Midoriya's room I heard laughter coming out, so I assumed he was in there with someone, I waited till the laughter died down and I knocked, it took a while for Midoriya to open, he didn't open it completely so I thought there was something he was hiding, I didn't question it since it wasn't my business to find out. 

I gave him the book and hurried back to my room, I collapsed on my futon face first, my head was still hurting and my temperature was rising but I didn't care I still wanted to go to school, I was already behind because of the stupid extra classes, I already got beatings for that from the old man, now if I had a fever I would get even more behind and get more shouting from the old man. 

I sigh and stare at the wooden ceiling in my room, the scent of lavender was filling my room, it was the flowers I was supposed to give mother after school tomorrow, I tried getting up but my body just wouldn't so I just laid there not able to my own body I sigh as my head start hurting, even more, my breath was getting shorter and even though my windows were open I was lacking air,

I turned to my side facing the lavender flowers, I as soon as I closed my eyes, everything went black...

"YOU'RE A MONSTER!! YOU'RE JUST LIKE HIM!!!" Midoriya, Mom, Natsuo, Fuyumi stood there shouting that in unison making me look confused as I turned around I saw myself in the mirror covered in blood, I shot my head back to them but they were all on the floor in puddles of blood

I felt someone pull my arm forcefully as I got shoved onto the floor

"They all hate you!" The huge figure said as it walked closer and closer to me  I knew who it was. 

"Old man" I managed to mumble and he swung his hand brutally hitting me across the face only leaving a stinging pain. 

I tried getting up and fight back but I couldn't move as if my body was paralyzed from just a hard slap, He took me by my arm and threw my currently weak body on a wall, I cry out in pain as blood comes out of my mouth

"I DIDN'T RAISE A WEAKLING" He shouted throwing a punch in my stomach making more blood come out my mouth and fall onto the floor

"They all died because of YOU!" he continues to punch, kick and throw me around like a rag-doll, I couldn't even fight back. 

"Tsk," he clicked his teeth, "Weakling." He walked out the room slamming the door shut, I laid there helpless... I moved my head to face the wall but instead saw a mirror showing me my state

"He is right...I am weak." 

I shot up heavily breathing, I looked around seeing nearly the whole class standing in front and around me, I saw midoriya sitting down next to me, I was still heavily breathing and everything happened so fast my head was spinning, I fell backward on the futon and everything went black again.
