Sherlock: You call him Mr. Detective, that one is pretty straight forward. At first he thought it was annoying but after a while it grew on him.
He calls you Smarty pants to annoy you, when he's being serious though he just calls you by your name. He claims pet names are to sentimental for him.
John: You call him solider boy.
He calls you Babe.
Lastrade: You call him honey, because it's sweet and simple just like him.
He calls you Sweet pea, he likes it because its old fashioned and simple. He likes to keep things simple.
Mycroft: Normally you just call him Mycroft, but when your feeling particularly sassy you call him the British Government.
He just calls you by your name, you know shits about to go down when he uses your full name.
