Aru shinwa no ōrasutōmu (A Certain Mythical Aura Storm) formerly known as Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader Gaiden: Aru Shinwa no ōrasutōmu (A Certain Scientific Code Vader Side Story: A Certain Mythical Aura Storm) & Toaru Kagaku no Aura Storm (A Certain Scientific Aura Storm) is a fanfic that is basic off Kamachi Kazuma's Toaru Majutsu no Index franchise and spinoff series towards Zzz-Awakening's collaboration series Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader (A Certain Scientific Code Vader)

Despite an outside title it is similar to A Certain Scientific Railgun playing the storyline in pair with A Certain Scientific Code Vader. It is the fourth installment to the Swordwander/Code Vader universe and second A Certain Magical Index fanfic to Zzz-Awakening. The series is leaky hinted an unannounced within the wiki and discord from Z. But official at works amongst announcements and set to release later.

Background
The events of the story takes place around the month of August before A Certain Scientific Code Vader and continues playing alongside the plot of Code Vader. Li Mei Xiaodan a young Chinese intelligent nature loving girl born with a mysterious ability and background student is sent to Academy City, the city of science as well home to the espers where not only she can live a normal life alongside her abilities but can interact with them as well. Finding others she feels similar she finds a irony situation of not being accepted due to her intelligence that excel her grades. Feeling loosely against science over her nature loving personality, while all in the end not even being born in Japan, she gets outcasted. But after a certain encounter with a level 0 cyber tech boy who promised to get stronger besides her, a sudden intense feeling of deep affection openly active from in turn rapidly quickly excel her powers leveling up her esper abilities in a short time span. While trying to find where she belongs in the world Li Mei Xiaodan becomes the fearless Aura Storm who needs no one but her world and friends fighting the troubles of Academy City.
