Her Ability Telepathic Voice Room allows her to use her AIM to read and send thoughts to others quickly enough to form a normal conversation. Anyone nearby her can connect and chat with her telepathically connecting up to three.

With the custom design tech that transfer her AIM waves. Her thoughts act as that of a Bluetooth and allows her to connect to up to three nearby the Bluetooth. Since the Bluetooth acts as the router to her AIM as long as those are close to the Bluetooth it doesn't matter how close Annaisha Emiyo has to be.

When Annaisha finally has dialogue in Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader chapter 14, within her telepathic chat, with Yamane, Li Mei Xiaodan, Uiharu Kazari, Annaisha is shown to be extremely cautious being afraid to come out in public believing the government and dark side of Academy City is watching her this is also reason and choice to her selection of chatting with her esper power (As she is afraid that the government will record the voice call or read texts. Using her powers she acts a troll who annoys those connected to her.
