"Whooaaa... I can see why this is your favorite film franchise." Steven looked at Connie's phone in awe as the trailer finished.
"That's right!" Connie adjusts her glasses "In a world where humanity is pushed to the brink, it turns out that the one who is most human, is a dog! -Copter."
"Mrow!" But cats rule it all!
"Oh sush Kat, you're just jealous that Dog Copter can do all this cool stuff!" Steven pats your head.
"rrrow..." I turned into a human, beat that.
"Yeah. I just hope it stays faithful to the book."
The warp pad beams in
"Whooaaa..." Connie looked in awe as the gems step off the warp pad.
"The Gems are back!" Steven turned around exited
Can we practice sword fighting now? No? Right, too early.
"Greetings!" Pearl notices Connie.
"Oh! Well, hello, Connie! What a surprise to see you!"
"We're gonna watch a movie about a wacky, flying dog! Show 'em Connie!"
Connie turns her phone towards the Gems, they bend down to look.
"I mean, it's about, much more than that." The Phone has a picture of Dog Copter reading COMING SOON

"Oh-ho-ho, that's easy!" Amethyst shape shifts into Dog Copter and flies around.
"Waaaa???!"
"Who needs to go see movies when you've got, magiiiiiccc!"
Amethyst shape shifts her head into a boom box and starts playing a beat, you bob your head along. Pearl groans in annoyance.
"Stop showin' off Amethyst. Connie said that this movie's even better than any magic!" Steven walks over to the kitchen
"I did not!" Connie huffed
"And check this out! We got our own snacks!"
"My parents say I'm not allowed to buy snacks at the theater, So, we're not buying anything at the theater."
Just like everybody else in the world.
"Anyway, how are we getting to the theater? It's... kinda far." Connie looks at Steven, he's shoving all the snacks into his cheeseburger backpack.
"Don't worry, I've got it covered. Today, we're gonna travel in style!" You, Connie, and Steven walk outside.
"Introducing the finest in luxury transportation... Lion! And our driver, Kat!" he places you onto Lion's mane, you'll be the best lion driver.
"You have a pet LION?"
"Meow." Yes, he does.
"Lion is sorta like a pet. He does his own thing most of the time, though. Same for Kat, but they prefer to hang out around me."
Steven notices a weird, half eaten, animal between Lion's paws.
"See? Who KNOWS where he got that?"
"Wow, Steven. Everything in your life is so awesome and magical."
She picks up a stick nearby
"The most exciting thing in my life is tennis practice."
She starts swinging it around
"Forehand! Backhand! Overhead death strike!"
"Woah! tennis sounds cool!" *Insert starry eyes*
"I, made the last one up."
"Mrow!" We should get going to the weapon room!
Lion yawned, Yeah
"I think Lion and Kat are saying that we should get going, or they're just bored."
It's both!
Steven and Connie awkwardly stare at each other for a few seconds.
"Anyway! Lets go!" Steven and Connie climb onto Lion's back.
"And we're off!"

Lion doesn't budge
"Um, Lion?"
Come on cotton candy, get a move on.
"Lion, we want to go to the movies..."
Lion stayed putt.
That's a no.
"Okay, you're not listening to me."
Steven turns to Connie and chuckles nervously.
"Lion isn't trained very well. But I'm not trained very well either, so we're a-"
Lion starts running
"WOAH" You all say at once.
"Haha! Yeah Lion!" Steven cheers.
Lion quickly turns and starts booking for the ocean.
"LION! Not the ocean!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"
Lion starts running on the water, like a fricken Jesus cat.
"Lion! You can run on water?! Why don't you tell me you can do these things you dooooo?!"
Lion is running faster. You speed past a boat and Steven waves at the very confused sailors.
"Haha! Steven this is amazing!"
Lion roars and summons a portal.
You all scream as you're launched into the portal.
"Has he ever done this?"
"No, this is new!"
The portal opens up in a cave location with a huge platform in the center of a shallow lake.
"Woah!!" Lion plops over, causing the three of you to fall off.
"oof! wow! What is this place?" Connie looks around in wonder
"I don't know, I've never been here before..."
