I couldnt control myself! When he began the next verse i joined in, Charles though i didnt know when added a mic near me and Rohan also gave me a welcoming smile and we continued together

We both finished, tho i took up dancing, i never really knew i had just good vocals, all i did was bathroom singing. Charles smilied at me before prepping the stage for the next singer

Then Rohan stepped down and sat next to me. While charles made some arrangements, Rohan began the conversation

"Hey, i didnt get your name" he said sitting beside me

"Aashna.. Aashna Hegde" i said and we shaked hands

"Nice name, so did u like the performance?" He asked

"Yup loved it, your voice is amazing" I complimented  honestly

"Thanks, you are no less, why didnt you take up guitar?" He asked and oh boy this guy's voice was so fucking amazing

"Umm, never thought about it" i answered honestly starching my neck

"Okay lot of chit chatting now, Rohan now quiet, Sanket come up" he said

Umm what the fuckk! He too is in music class! FUCK, since he didnt know i was here i started to look for neil and went a little far! I met neil and we both sat for his performance

He was into the music, eyes closed as if he was feeling every tune and every beat, I recognised the song immediately! It was the closest song to my heart and one of those I always cried listening to it

I didn't think his voice would be that good but but but, despite the fact that i really do hate him or dislike him since hate is big word, why? I dont know, maybe because we started off on a really bad note, but i am this kind of person who appreciates whats right and good in any person, even though i don't like it

He raised his hands in a thumbs up, while his eyes were still closed and began:

"That was a great one Sanket, you can go sit next to other co mates"

And i saw him coming off stage, i was avoiding eye contacts as much as possible. He sat next to me since Rohan left to attend a call
