Like where has this man went and like since Carly left the little club we won't ever know what happened to him and like the other characters I have mentioned in "who are you?" She probably forgot about his little storyline and people like to forget that he is in fact Carly little brother and Raven is Carly brother, so that makes him Raven brother as well and it's unclear what kind of relationship he has with everyone but what we do know is that he had a thing for Leah when she was a baby and had a fight with Max and for Ellie we-we really don't know since Kelly and Carly thought they had a thing for each other but then again it could just be them bonding but we won't really know and not to mention his first word was Naomi so he was a connection with Naomi that we won't ever know because Carly left and even if she stayed she most likely forgot about this storyline. Naomi also has never mentioned Charlie when she had a series not once in that series had she mentioned Charlie. Also when Evil little Carly was being little Carly she is shown working in a hospital (forgot why) and see's Charlie in the hospital (also forgot why) but she's says something along the lines of " I have seen you before,but I don't remember when" meaning Charlie has a connection with Evil little Carly and they have seen each other and has a connection with Naomi also probably but then again most likely not has a connection with Evil little Kelly since Evil little Kelly and Evil little Carly are pretty close. Anyway, this is just me wondering if I'm the only one wondering what happened to this character and just sharing my thoughts with you guys
