So like Kai(baby duck) has no Guardian at all, and every time someone asks him "why don't you have a guardian?" "Why do you live alone?" he always says "I don't need a guardian" and like no one is like "We should get you into foster care or adopt you" and the thing is I feel like Kai wants a family and that's why he went to search for his biological family and there's where things take a turn, we found out that Kai's has a brother who also lives himself and his parents are divorced and at first they did wanted to take in Kai ....until they found out Kai wanted both of them to get along, (and I think one of them got remarried and that person abused Kai again I think) then stared to blame Kai for ruining their lives and his brother doesn't like him either. In the end, Kai never got the happy family he wanted, and not gonna lie I feel like Kai family is probably the worst one, cause right off the bat his parents never wanted him and his brother all they did for them was giving them life and old houses they lived in once, and like their names, but their names were so lazy like baby duck? And not to mention that he has to use Donny's bank account for food, bills, school, etc. And he knows that it's wrong, but he's a child he doesn't have a bank account, also he literally taught himself how to drive, and the thing is Donny does yell at him for using his money, but Donny never put him a debt or put him in jail, he just yells at him and tells him it's wrong to steal form others and I think that once he's old enough to start working he'll just give him some money, but not his whole bank account. Then there's Scuba Steve, Scuba Steve shows he dislike Kai a lot, but when Kai has a problem he would help in every way, even allows Kai to sleep at his place for long as he wants, he and Kai have a little brother and older brother relationship (that could be because they're brothers in real life) not to mention sometimes Scuba Steve treats Kai like an actual child and not an adult who have yet to grow up, I feel like that's why Kai likes it when adults treat him like a child because he has to force himself to grow up and yeah he has a child moments, but then he has to act like an adult and probably has been told "You can't act like a kid in real-world" or "A kid like you won't go far, you keep acting like this" and having Scuba Steve treating him like a child, makes him go back to reality and remembers he's not an adult, Kai also stressing over bills, work, school, etc. Is something that happens a lot actually, Anyway that's all I wanted to talk about today
