Chapter 1~The Ultimatum

~Ambrosia's PoV~

   The cell I was in was cold and dark; a tiny window on the ceiling let in the feeble moonlight that struggled through the pollution that covered Robotropolis. Once again, I tried to break the seal he had placed around my medallion.

   Hearing my cell door open, I regret looking up. I become instantly terrified when I see the lean, creepy looking coyote looming over me. I was always smaller than my siblings, but whenever they came in, they made me feel like the size of an ant.

   "C'mon hedgehog! His Roundness says you have a video call!" Sleet leers at me in his creepily silky smooth voice. I then yelp as he jerks me towards Robuttnik's office by my shock collar. A few minutes later, I'm trembling in a paralyzing beam, floating in the air unable to move as Robotisized people prepare to broadcast something to the entire planet.

~Sonic's PoV~ 

   I'm doing laps around the van my sibs and I live in, timing myself to see if I can increase my speed. I skid to a stop once Sonia calls me back to the van.

   "You guys might wanna see this." My younger brother Manic said, pressing a key. "I hacked into their main broadcasting feed. Listen to this:"

   "Hedgehogs! If you're seeing this, I have someone you value." Robotnik says stepping aside to reveal a very familiar, trembling, golden-furred hedgehog. "In three days she'll be mine. Good luck."

  "We have to get her back!" Sonia cried out angrily as Manic turned off the screen.

   "Got that right guys, he probably means he'll Robotisize her." Manic agreed, frowning.

   "Then lets start formulating a rescue plan. No sibling gets left behind on my watch." I said, fist pumping the air. "Let's ask the Freedom Fighters for help."

{Timeskip: 2 1/2 Days Later}

   "So, the Freedom Fighters will provide the distraction while we slip into the theives' highway. We find the main computer, find out where they're keeping our little sis and bust her out." Manic said. "Any problems we encounter will be met with music!"

   "You can count on us, Sonic." Cyrus the lion, one of the leaders said. "I wish you luck and hope that you rescue her in time. I know what it's like to have family Robotisized." Cyrus' father had been Robotisized a little over a year ago.

   "Then lets do it, to it!" I said, grabbing my brother's and sister's hands before racing off towards the center of Robotropolis; the Resistance following them in their transports.
