I was sat on my throne, solving commonly problems as I gave the common man a suggestion and he took it happily and left. The big halls were quiet after he left as I waited for the other common people when one of the priest came bowing "My Lord" "Rise" and he rises

"My Lord, the Sun God Ra has given me a message." He announced and i nod for him to continue "he has brought a gift from him to you. A girl"

"A girl?" I asked with a raised brow "Yes My Pharaoh. It appeared she fell from high up in sky, from the heavens. He has given me a message that the girl will lead us to our future" he says and I'm slightly confused "Where is this girl you speak of?" I ask "She fell in the Nile River and got injured on her head but not too badly nor severely" he says and I nod "Bring her to my chambers. When she wakes, send someone to me" I commanded and he bowed "My Pharaoh" he says and leaves.

'A girl?' I ask over and over again in my head but I had no time for more of my thoughts that kept rushing in mind as another commoner came in and presented their matter.

I was called when the girl awoke so I dismissed the meetings with the common people and went to my chambers to find a girl peacefully asleep, her eyebrows furrowed as she groaned. I thanked the priest and dismissed him as I took in the girl's features, she is oddly dress yet very beautiful, her hair is as black as the night, her skin is tan just like mine although a bit lighter.......such beauty........she will be my queen and I don't see any sign of marriage so she will be my wife.

My head is pounding as I groaned and muttered without thinking "Dude, how hard did I bang my head?" I say dragging the dude part. I just know for a fact eyes are on me, staring deep into my soul as I prepare for a scolding from the teacher but none. I looked around scanning the bright room I was in, I heard a cough but it's not cough that just came and go, it was a cough that said 'are you done?' my head whipped to this fairly cute dude.....he has dark black hair reaching to his shoulders, tan skin and deep brown eyes, he wore a blue white thingy that looks like Egyptian and his hands were at his back, he stares at me like he is staring in my soul.....is he from Comic Con or something?

"Sup dude" I say and he ignores looking at me up and down skeptically, a moment of silence before he says "What is your name?" With a different ginger accent "Uhhh.......look dude, I'm supposed to be with my class otherwise I'm going to get in big trouble" I say and his eyes are mysteriously unreadable as I am drawn to them. "What is your name?" He asks again. "Cadie" I answered to this handsome stranger "not your common name, the name given to you by Ra" he says and I am confused.

Ra? I heard that name before. "Sorry, don't know who that dude is bub but if I happen to pass him, I'll be sure to tell you" I say getting my feet on the other side. What hallway of the museum is this? "Don't play with me girl!" He hissed "I'm asking you the last time, what is your name?" He asks or more like commanded me. Who is he to command me???!

"Why are you so desperate?" I ask him and his eyes are covered with anger. I don't know why but I can read his emotions. Weird, am I right? He came closer to me, anger filled raging in his deep brown eyes that are so familiar somehow "My name is Cadence Catori James" I answered and he looks in my eyes, looking if I'm telling the truth or not "Catori?" He asks. Who the hell does he think he is to say my middle name!? He doesn't own me! "Catori, you are to be my wife soon and bear heirs for me one day" he says and I took my turn to look at this dude skeptically before I answered after some time "Dude, get a life" I hissed and he looks at me, confusion written on his face

"What is this Dude you speak of?" He asks and I open my mouth to answer til I realized what was really going on "no" I growled looking around.

'I couldn't have magically time travelled in ancient Egypt. I mean, it was my dream since I was little but it's not realistic'

Thinking back to what he asked me or commanded me "No" I say refusing to believe this. Maybe he's just some dude who works here, who's obsessed with Egyptians, starting to dress like one and---- you know what screw this!

"No?" He asks as he gave me a glare."No" I repeat again "I refused to fall for this stupid prank" I say holding my head up high as I stood with my too feat and yep, I'm shorter than him.

WHY DO I SUCK AT EVERYTHING??!!!!

I know I'm not winning this battle if he's taller than me but he doesn't own me and as if on cue "you dare disagree with me girl! I AM your Pharaoh! I am King Tutankhamun of the 18th dynasty and you will do as I say and marry me!!!!" He raised his voice and our brown identical eyes are cought in a raging battle. I choked out a laugh  "Really? What are you going to say next? You're the last Targaryen for the Iron Throne?" Man, I suck. Now I need a life

"Do you find this funny?" He asks "yes! I don't even know you and you want to marry me. Dude, go work at McDonald's and find yourself a Spanish chick because I am not marrying you!" I laugh out and he grips my arms tightly and suddenly, a wash of frighten took over me as I stared straight to his cold eyes "Catori, you will be my wife! Whether on your own will or not!" He hissed before he looked at the guards standing by the door that I hadn't noticed.....

DANG IT!!! I SUCK AT LIFE!!!!!

the guards throw me in my new home that is a cell "Let me go, I'll call the police!" I hiss at them and they only chuckled and left.

What the heck is going on???

I brought my knees to my chest as I rocked myself. 'I'm okay, as long as I'm not dead. It's cool. It's cool, I'll just wake up and I'll be back at the museum to face more scoldings and yep, probably from my parents. It's just a dream, I'll wake up eventually' I tried reassuring myself. I lay down on the hay and fell asleep.....I didn't realize how tired I was.....
