jisoo sits beside taehyung the whole time. Even after all this time, after everything he did to her, she is the one taking care of him
suddenly jisoo's phone rings. it's jungkook
"hello" Jisoo says
"hello? jisoo? where the fuck are you? why aren't you here? isn't it your off day? " he asks
"Jungkook.. uhhh... you're home? I-- i just.. actually Taehyung called your--i am sorry but i am here at the hotel. he needed me and there was no way to contact you.. I am sooo sorry. I should've asked you first" jisoo says
jungkook clenches his fist
" that jerk.. You stay there. i am coming.. I am not going to spare him this time" he says
"jungkook, please. he's very sick. he didn't call me. he called you but you didn't pick up. it's not his fault" jisoo tries to explain
Jungkook hangs up the phone and gets on his car.
"Is he angry?" taehyung says from his bed
jisoo looks over. taehyung is wide awake
"no i mean- i should've asked him..i mean" jisoo stutters
"he has all the rights to be angry" jisoo says
"did he even ask about my emergency?" taehyung
" no..uhh.. he was- not in his right state of mind. when he knows about your state, he'll be fine" jisoo says
"oh yeah?" taehyung gets up from his bed and walks towards jisoo.. jisoo walks back but taehyung doesn't stop. he pushes her against the wall
"why don't you sound confident, jisoo?" he says
jisoo can feel his breathe against her face. she looks at his eyes
"someone took all my confidence away" she says in a slow voice
"that *someone* was bounded by faith.. Faith towards his blood" taehyung replies
"anyways, your romeo is coming to save the day. God, how do i end up being the villain all the time" taehyung jokes to himself
"you're brother is not like you. he has empathy" jisoo says
" oh yeah? good luck explaining him how you ended up in my hotel room" taehyung says
" i wont have to. he trusts me enough. he won't ever blame me" jisoo says
"little do you know.. for you, he is incapable of doing anything wrong.." he says
the bell rings
jisoo walks towards the door and for the first time she feels a bit scared. she trusts jungkook and knows that he won't do anything but back in her mind, she doesn't know anymore
"jungkook, you're here" jisoo says trying to fake a smile
"where the fuck is he?" jungkook barges in and walks towards taehyung
he grabs his collar and says
"stay away from my girl. you understand? you had your chance and you messed up.. i won't let you take her from me this time" jungkook says
" please, jungkook. let him go. it's not his fault" jisoo panics
"it's always his fault.. his fault that my dad thinks that i am unworthy. his fault that my mother compares me to him all the time. his fault that i lost you once. and i won't let him do that again" he says and punches taehyung's face
