Shuyang's POV.
I had to watch pitifully as the demon lady beat up Mingrui. I'll have my revenge on her.
"I think that's enough for today." She said and walked away.
"Gou, oh my god." The older boy in front of me had bruises and blood all over his body and a busted lip.
"I'm fine." He said weakly.
We need to get out of here. I thought...
To Mingrui's right, I can see a wooden box.
"Gou, can you get that?" I ask and the angel turns his head and uses his legs to bring the box close to us.
The box had a lock but luckily, I had a bobby pin hidden deep in my hair for some reason.
With much struggle, I grabbed the pin and started picking the lock.
After I got it open, I opened the box and inside were two keys.
"Alright." I said under my breath and grabbed one of the keys and tried opening my lock.
After successfully opening it, I rubbed my wrist for a short time and grabbed the other key to free Mingrui.
"We'll get out of here. I know we can."
