Chapter 7

Trey P.O.V

I'm in the room with my brother Daniel and were talking about our neighbour Naomi(Nina) and what happens last night when we were over for dinner.

" I hope she okay" I said

" I know he look like he was going to beat the shit out of her" Daniel said

" Yeah poor Naomi he probably took away her phone cause she not answering my text and she just got it a couple days ago " I said while playing a game on his ps3

" Like man you whipped the girl because she forgot to wash your fricken plate " Daniel said referring to Dave

" He better not have hurt her though " I said pausing the game

" Yeah Naomi a good girl but he really strict " Daniel said

" I know man she a goodie but for real I'm going to go pick her up so we can walk to school" I said getting up from his bed and straightening his room room up and getting his school things together.

" What if her dad says no " Daniel said laughing about it a bit

" To be honest I don't even like him in fact I have a bad feeling about him" I said while swinging his bag over his shoulders as Daniel did the same

" I feel the same way like Brooklyn and Nina don't even look like the have a interest In him" Daniel said with all seriousness while Trey waited for his little brother to finish putting on his shoes.

" I know I feel like they just hate him but if I was to go ask Naomi why she doesn't like her dad she would just change the subject or say she doesn't want to talk about it" I stated

" Yeah she to shy" Daniel said.

Naomi P.O.V

I just finished doing my hair for school. Well my first day at a new school in a total diffrent country. I'm going to the same school as Trey and Daniel. It starts at 9:05 that's only for eighth graders in order to get us ready for high school but the other grades have school at 8:30 the sad thing is that we don't have recess we work straight through it apparently . The boys said there coming over at 8 every morning. I'm kinda nervous because it's eighth grade and if I don't make any girl friends now I'm not going to have any friends for high school. Last night my dad got mad at me and he took advantage of my body. He got mad at me because I didn't wash his plates I was tired it was Sunday and I just wanted to chill . So instead of me waiting for him to finish eating dinner I went down stairs to go relax and everyone decided to come with me. Trey and Daniel were over for dinner and Brooklyn and Julia were there too.

We all went downstairs to the basement and went to my room. Just chilled and talked made jokes. When Dave started calling me I couldn't here him because I was listening to music with Trey while Brooklyn , Julia and Daniel were arguing over TV shows. He busted into the room and literally dragged me off the bed by my arm. I shrieked he scares the living out of me.

" Why didn't you wash my fricken plate" he said shaking me while I was in his grasp he was hurting me my arm was literally losing circulation as he shook me
more and more the more my eyes welled up with tears.

I closed them because when I do I feel like I'm in dark paradise and paradise is better then this. As I opened them he let me go as I fell on the bed he looked as if he was about to whip me he had his belt in his hand. His heartless eyes they filled with anger at the fact he new he couldn't whip me in front of Trey and Daniel as I balled up In a corner at the top of my bed he dropped the belt and instead said

" Your so fucking lucky that your little friends are here cause if they weren't you know what I would do to you and it wouldn't be pretty " Dave said
