"Hey (y/n)!" Despite having earphones on, she could still hear her friend's voice.

"Hi Sushi, how are you?" The boy deadpanned at her nickname for him but continued smile after wards.

"Up until you said that nickname, everything's been ok, mother is looking better as well." He exclaimed which made (y/n) smile, it was a rare sight seeing her smile.

"And what about you? Writing songs again?" Musashi asked, walking beside his best friend.

"Yep. And guess what?" The girl looked up at her tall friend and smirked.

Musashi just looked confused and uttered a confused, "what?"

"It's dedecated to you~ my favourite person."

⊹Lunch⊹

The two bestfriends made their way to their usual spot. A boring field with just one single tree, nothing special for some people but for them, It's worth more than gold for they planted that tree together when they were still children.

"So can you sing this song you made oorrr...?" Musashi started, taking a bite of his schnitzel* afterwards.

"I finished the chorus earlier so sure." Once again, a rare smile found its way to (y/n)'s lips as she pulled out her notebook.

"-Hallo Lieblingsmensch, ein riesen Kompliment dafür, dass du mich so gut kennst. Bei dir kann ich ich sein, verträumt und verrückt sein~*" Musashi's eyes widened at how beautiful her voice was, this isn't the first time he heard (y/n) sing but it gets him everytime.

Schön, dass wir uns kennen~*" The song ended and she looked at her red-headed friend.

*Thank you favourite person, nice that we both met~

"So how was it?" Musashi was still in awe and she took that as a 'that was amazing'.

"It feels like you're implying that this will be the last time we see each other..." He said in a sad tone, looking down at his lunch box in sorrow.

"We've been together since diapers musashi, what makes you think this will be the last time we'll see each other? Haha."

They haven't seen each other in 2 year after that incident.

That was the last time they saw each other after (y/n) heard the news of Musashi getting sent to jail for setting fire in his own home which killed his family in the process.

She knew him better than anyone else and she knew for a fact that Musashi loves his family more than anything.

2 months after that incident, (y/n) also got herself sent to jail. Why? Because she had enough of people calling her only bestfriend a monster or murderer.

"If they want to see a murderer then I'll show them one." 2 stabs in the heart was all it took to get herself sent to jail.

Because murder was such a big crime, (y/n) got imidiatly sent to Nanba [I know it takes more than murder to get sent there BUT I NEED PLOT OK!?] In their underground cells.
