The Moon (Sting X OC)

^9^ A unexpected visit ^

I woke up in a hotel bed, a banging headache piercing my head. I groaned, putting my hand against my head and pushing. "Why the hell is my head killing me?"

Jeez, what the fucking hell happened last night?? I was shocked as I remembered. Ugh... we partied like there was no tomorrow.

I blinked in pain as a hangover shocked through my system. I sat up on my bed, seeing Snowflake in her human form on the couch through my open door. I looked at my clothes. I was still wearing my clothes from yesterday. I sighed in relief. 

I got up to change, and I just slipped into some gray sweatpants with a white shirt and my classic scarf. Snowflake shifted in her sleep, and I smiled at her. I opened my door, stepping out into the room.

I left the room to find Natsu's head on Lucy's lap with her back against the front of the couch. She was awake and looked like she had been for a while. She looked at me and pleaded with her eyes, mouthing, 'Get him off of me.'

Shaking my head, I put a finger over my mouth. "you probably shouldn't do that." I whispered, smiling. She glared daggers at me but broke it off with a smile. She petted Natsu's hair, and he seemed to relax. I smiled, entering the kitchen and opening the fridge. I got myself some eggs,  freeing whenever a pair of hands blocked my vision.

"Guess who." I pretended to think.

 "Hello Cana." I said.

 "How'd you know?" She released my eyesight, letting me see again. I pulled out a pan and started making some eggs.

"The smell of cheap booze is hard to get rid of." I smiled at Cana, grabbing a spatula and beating the eggs in the pan.

"I tried at least." Cana said, leaning against the counter next to me. 

"How much did I drink last night?" I asked, getting a cup of water. 

"You and me nearly drank out the entire bar." She scanned me over. "Are you sure that you didn't drink while you were traveling the world?"

I laughed, filling up the water from the sink. "Can you move the eggs around?"

"Sure." The sound of eggs sizzling made me smile. 

"I mean, I did drink, and I guess I built up some sort of resistance to certain types of drinks." I smiled, drinking some water to calm my head. 

"Hm." Cana stepped away from the oven, and I took over. 

"Can you get the bacon from the fridge?" I asked, grabbing a plate and putting the scrambled eggs on the plate.

"Sure," She grabbed the item I asked for and placed it in on the counter. "Now what can I do?"

 "You can go sit down on the couch. Just please, don't wake up Natsu."

"Sure." 

I grabbed a large frying pan from underneath the oven. Cana left, and I went to grab a knife to open the bacon. Natsu appeared, probably smelling the eggs. 

"What the hell, Natsu." I growled. 

He blinked at me, fully awake after me screaming.

"Language." I smacked him, grabbing a knife and opening the bacon. Lucy appeared behind him, looking apologetic. I just smiled. 

After I put the bacon down on the pan, I just waited until the bacon smelled okay to flip over.

"Breakfast is ready. Come get your food." Natsu stormed in, sitting down at the table in the nook with a large grin. "Natsu come on up and get your food. I am not bringing it to you." I said, glaring at him. Lucy and Snowflake walked in, and I put down their plates for them to grab.

"So what happened after I found Wendy?" I questioned others, sitting down at the table. Cana sat down on one side of me, and Natsu sat on the other side.

"Natsu followed you, Wendy, and Snowflake back to the hotel," Lucy replied, gesturing around. "Did anyone follow you or something?" Lucy asked. I shook my head.

"No. I just dropped Wendy off and joined you guys at the party." I shoved some eggs into my mouth, ending the conversation.
