The Love Yourself BTS Awards | 2020 [OPEN]

There is a relatively extensive set of rules that MUST be followed.

Participant Rules:

1. Your story needs to contain AT LEAST 5 chapters/parts (excluding introductions, character lists, disclaimers, author's notes, etc.) There will be no exceptions to this rule.

2. Your book should focus on the band, BTS, or otherwise it will not be accepted. This doesn't necessarily mean that the only thing it talks about is the members, but they need to be a vital part in your story's plot.

3. All books should be in English. I'm sorry if this is disappointing, but that is the way things are. The only other language that may possibly be allowed is Spanish. If you plan to enter a book in Spanish, please PM or leave a note on my message board. Any stories in this language will be judged personally by me. 

4. No flat out smut books. Enough said. Mature content will be allowed, but you have to have a plot.

5. Participants may NOT apply to be judges for their own categories, but are welcome to judge for ones that they haven't entered 😊

6. This account, bts_entertaenment , MUST be followed. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. It would be highly appreciated if you followed entitae , aka the host.

7. No bribing judges. This will not be tolerated and will result in elimination from the contest.

8. Add this story to both your reading list and private library. Of course, I can't check the second one, but it will allow you to receive notifications about the awards.

9. Fill out your form neatly. I run a tight schedule, and if I can't read it, then I won't accept it. I don't have time to try to decode a sloppy form. I may be coming off as harsh, and I'm sorry for that, but its the way things are.

10. Be kind to your fellow authors. Don't get carried away in competitiveness. Remember, we're all here for the same reason.

11. Notify me if you make a change to your story, as in the title, cover, or author's username. 

12. Applicants may enter three books maximum, but they all MUST be in separate categories. For example, if you want to enter two books about Jungkook, this is not permitted. However, if you enter one about Jungkook and one about Jin, it will be accepted.

13. Have fun and tag everyone that could be potentially interested in entering.

Password information: Passwords should consist of  your favorite song from any of the three Love Yourself albums.

Judge Rules:

1. Be critical and slightly harsh. Don't go soft on one person because you may know them. We are trying to let hidden gems be revealed. Please consider grammar rules and plot structure as you judge.

2. Do not accept bribery. Notify me immediately if any participant attempts to bribe you.

3. While judging, do not vote OR comment on the author's work. Don't follow the applicant either, as this shows favoritism. *after the awards are over, then you can go do these things, but not anytime sooner*

4. Judges may sign up to judge up to 3 categories.

Password information: Judges' passwords will consist of which of the three Love Yourself albums is their favorite. If you can't pick, then just say so, and I'll be cool with it ;).
