Chapter 18- He's back too?

"She may have kissed you out of pity or whatever but she'll never be yours dude, so do us all a favour and get your sorry ass out of her room now"

"Fine I'll go. But Ariana, if you knew what this dude was hiding from you, you'd wish you never cried for him right now"

"Damien go please" I say crying even more

"I can't believe you're choosing him over me. You'd regret it though" and as he's about to leave, Jake looses his cool and punches him on the face

"Oh my God! Jake! What's wrong with you" I yell contemplating whether to get in between them or not

Before I can even think, Damien punches him back and Jakes lands on the floor and Damien gets on top of him "Did you ever think you could possibly win a fight against me?"he  says giving him another punch

"Oh my God, Damien stop it. Get off him! I yell trying to drag him off Jake but it's almost impossible" and I keep yelling

"Honey. Wake up!" My mum yells trying to get me to wake up from the nightmare I was having

"Mom?" I say hugging her with tears threatening to fall

"Honey are you okay?" This is like the 4th time you're having a nightmare since we got back from the hospital. Is it about what happened between you, Jake an Damien? "

I choose not to reply. I just wanna keep being warm with her hugs

"Its okay if you don't wanna talk about it honey. Don't worry, everything will be fine"

"I hope so mum" I say trying to be strong

"Um, I'm cooking. I'll check up on you later" she says getting up

"Okay mum. I'll just remain on my  bed till I fall asleep again"

"Okay" she says about to walk out of my room

"Mum can you help me call Hailey?"

"Sure" and then she walks out

"Ariana" Hailey says taking a seat on my bed

"Hails" I say sitting up

"Jake told me what happened Ariana. When where you going to tell me? And why did you keep all this to your self"

"I was scared Hailey. I didn't wanna loose both you and Jake. I didn't know lying was what was gonna make me loose y'all, and I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for all this to happen I promise"

"Its okay Ariana. I can't stay mad at you for long, even if I try to"

"I love you girl" I say hugging her

"I love you too b".

"So did Jake finally agree to talk to you?" She asks after the not so long hug

"Yes. But he's not ready to sort things out. He wants me to leave him alone. I think I really hurt him this time Hailey and I don't know how to make it up to him, he doesn't even wanna give me a chance to try!"

"Just give him time. Everything will be fine"

"You think so?"

"I know so"

"Damien wouldn't stop calling me either and I just wanna murder him"

"He just doesn't know when to give up does he?"

"I doubt he does. And he knows how much pain he has caused me but he doesn't wanna stay away"

"F**k him"

"Yeah. Middle finger's up"

"So did you know that Mr Jan got Cory Dane pregnant?" Hailey begins

"What?! No way. That man is married and Cory is just 17"

"Yep. They're both in so much trouble"

"I always suspected that something was up between the both of them though. It wasn't that hard to tell"

"There are thousands of hot to die for boys in school and she chose to have sex with that old man?"

"She's dumb"

"Yeah she is"

"Hailey when are you gonna finally date someone"

"I honestly don't know. When the perfect guy shows up, I'll know"

"Oh really?"

"Oh really" she says and we both  burst into laughter.

"I think I just heard your doorbell ring"

"Yeah I heard it too"

"Expecting anyone?"

"Nah. Its probably for my mum. Or her husband"

"Your dad"

"I'll never call him that. Never!"

"You hate him that much?"

"As a matter of fact I do"

"Honey" mum calls from the other side of my door after knocking "can we come in?"

"We? Who's we?" Hailey whispers

"Yeah mum" I say sitting up properly on my bed

Then she walks in with my dad and young man of about 18 or 19. He had chiseled jaw lines and jet black hair, with a really pointed nose that looked just like mum's.
He's face is rather familiar and I wonder why

"Hey mum. Who's this and why are y'all in my room?"

"You really don't recognize him?" Dad asks

And I roll my eyes "if I did, I wouldn't ask who he is. Mum what's going on here?"

"Honey, this is your brother Jimmy"

"My what!" I yell as my head starts to spin
This can't be happening
