Looking For Memories

Lying on the winter road,

Is an unspoken reminisce.

Filled with every moment,

Of a girl's life which the world couldn't diss.

She ran into the road,

To grab her memories,

And bring them back into her life,

Even though the world is not as it seems.

Her future will neglect her,

Until her past invades her.

She needs to figure out a way,

To have her past occur.

Pain floods her mind,

But memories seem to appear.

Of time of her younger years,

Her face is no longer filled with fear.

Although pain still interferes,

She begins to smile.

As she sees her past,

Which she hasn't seen in a while.

Pictures rush through her head,

That were thrown into the winter road.

She spins around celebrating her past,

Although she didn't really know much of her past, her happiness showed.

People stop and stare at her,

As they see her make circles.

They agreed to join in with her,

Although they knew their hands would go purple.

The wind blows their skin,

Their fingers are so cold.

But they still agree to circle with,

The girl who looks bright and bold.

She never noticed that people saw her,

But she kept celebrating the bliss.

Of having the joy of her past,

Having the joy of her reminisce.
