This is more easily done than said to be honest but for some people it is easier said than done. It's quite simple and you only need to do 3 things. Pull your hair up, put your hoodie and start swinging. Haha jk, unless. No but for-real if you rather have a more peaceful option standing up for yourself could be kinda difficult. A simple option would just saying the words "fuck off" and hopefully that will do the trick. It's simple and easy but if you want to be that really nice person then youtube is a good place because I never been that nice.
