Before we start the self-care book, I just want to say that these tips also apply to me. I would consider myself an introvert (someone who finds comfort in himself and usually hangs out by themselves) and of course I'm going to tell you find how you are but you are in control of you and if you want to change something, go ahead. Everything i've wanted, I have to have qualities of an extrovert so I started spending that alone time working on myself. These tips helped me and it may or may not help you.
