So we just talked about how to build your confidence and how your self-esteem plays a big part. Now we are going to talk about how you can be confident on the outside. "Fake it till you make it" and "Step out of your comfort zone" are two great quotes for appearing and becoming confident. Don't you notice how the class clown or the student president in movies are always bold and loud. Do you think that they are always like that or what their past life is. I do too sometimes. They can just blurt stuff out and handle everyone looking at them AND CONTINUE. Well maybe sometimes they don't want to but things have to be done. When you start to be bold and speak your mind then after a while then you will get used to it and the stares you get will be "i'm used to this stares" and remember if they started then you got their attention. If you have something then say it, it's going to be very challenging the first few times but you'll get used to it,kinda like exercising. These people don't know you're not always like that unless they do, if they do then so what. But if you're in a new area and speak your mind then you're the only one who knows that this is you first, second, third or fourth time. They just tune in. After the first 4 times then you're going to get loosened up and after the tenth time you'd be used to it. After the one hundredth time it'll be part of you and completely normal but that 100th time takes time. Remember "Fake it till you make it" and "Step out of your comfort zone"
