"Peanut needs some grooming" I announced as I walked down the stairs holding peanut, my mom's ten year old white Persian cat.
"She does" mom gazed into the mirror "where are you going?" I asked as I petted peanut.
"We are going to Stark's" she looked at me.
"What? Now?" I was a bit shocked.
"Yes, Obi is flying in from NY & he wants to see us there" she informed.
"You go ahead, I'll be here with Peanut" I said.
"We both are going. End of story" mom kissed peanut & kept her down "go & dress up".
"I have no intention to dress up, I look fine" I muttered "are you seriously planning to go out in your sweat pants?" She was shocked.
"Yeah, cos this is so last minute & I am in no mood for a get together or anything" I folded my arms.
"Suit yourself" she rolled her eyes as she grabbed the car key "but we are going".
"Mom, stop spraying me with that" I coughed as we got out of the car, she has sprayed me like a hundred layers of perfume already "you smell like peanut".
"Now I smell like sprinkles" I complained as we walked inside.
"Obi" mom called.
"Mrs Ross" Pepper beamed as she saw us, she was busy with some papers "and Aurora".
"Hi pepper" me & mom smiled at her.
"Ladies" Obadiah beamed as he saw me & mom, he embraced mom "I missed you".
"I missed you more" mom kissed him.
"How are you, Aurora?" He chuckled as he embraced me "wow, you smell like a bakery".
"I know right" I grumbled as mom chuckled "better a bakery, than smelling like a cat".
"Indeed" he agreed "I brought pizza from New York".
"Really?" I beamed, I hope it's the same Manhattan pizza Tony talked about.
"It's on the table, help yourself" Obadiah offered as Tony walked up the stairs "Tony" he yelled.
"Hey, Mrs Ross...Aurora" Tony said slowly "I didn't expect to see you, guys".
"Well, I invited them over" Obadiah chuckled as Tony beamed "that's great, I was hoping to invite you both over for dinner but I've been busy lately".
"No problem, Stark" mom smiled.
"Well, your cupcakes they were amazing" Tony mentioned as mom beamed "I am honoured".
"You brought pizza" Tony said as soon as he saw the pizza box "yeah" Obadiah nodded. As Tony grabbed the pizza box & walked towards me "you know, this is the same Manhattan pizza I talked about".
"I thought so" I chuckled as I grabbed a slice.
"We should go there" he winked as he took a bite.
