Let me share to you the biggest realization that unveiled itself into my 2019:
We never lose our passion; we don't get bad at it either. We only stop believing in ourselves.
In the beginning (beningging haha) quarter of this year, I poured my heart out into a collection of 7 literary pieces that I thought of sending to someone I lost. I really kept it as though I would have the chance of giving it to him, and with the persistent belief that he was the only person who deserved to see this collection.
But I finally let go of that hope.
Now I realize that these pieces are too raw, too untainted, and [maybe] just enough of beautiful to deserve a place in this world. That possibly by sharing my humble creations, I can indirectly inspire aspiring artists like me to never stop believing in your self and passion no matter how many times you've lost your way.
Ikauna
Binatbat ng tadhana ang sa atin. Umiyak ang langit dahil pinilit ang sa atin. Naghimagsik ang ihip ng hangin upang bumitaw tayo sa atin.
Pero bakit lumipas ang mga alon ay ikaw pa rin ang hanap? Kumupas ang mga larawan ay ikaw pa rin ang hinahapuhap.
Lumuha ang sa atin kaya ika'y kumuha na ng bago. Naglaho ang sa atin gaya ng sa pag-ibig mo.
