It Started With Hello

chapter 44

"Hey girl!" I hugged Madz and talked about he break we had. We listened to music and played a few games.

"Are you guys hungry?" I asked them.

"Just a bit." Mikey spoke before anyone else.

"I'll make hamburgers. " I took out all the things if needed and started cooking.

"Need any help?" I heard Madlynn's voice and I nodded.

"Yeah. That's be great. " I nodded.

After making the sandwiches we brought them out and the guys ate them seriously fast.

After a few hours of talking and having a few laughs they had things to do. So we said our goodbyes and they were gone.

"Just two more hours and its midnight. " He smiled.

"What are we gonna do for two hours?" I chuckled.

"Lets play twisted man." I laughed at how excited he was. He ran and got the game from upstairs.

"Fine. " I laughed. " okay spin." He flicked the arrow and landed on green.

"Okay put your hand on the green dot." I laughed at how his giant hand landing on the dot.

"Your turn." He spoke. I landed on red and I stepped on the dot and Calum spun again.

Within thirty minutes my legs were entangled with his and I was so close to falling. "Go!" I laughed.

"I have to get there." He pointed behind me.

"Okay shoot." I laughed. As he reached my hand slipped, causing us both to fall over.

"Okay I'm done. " I laughed and got up. I drank some water and sat on the couch. I sat and watched the clock.

"I'll be back." He ran upstairs. I sat there and kept my eyes on the clock.

I viewed the time left as a sand timer. It slowly drained of its contents.

Calum returned with a guitar in his hand. "Yay! " I loved hearing him play and sing. It soothed me.

He sat next to me and trimmed the chords. His voice soon filled the empty house. "Caught her for the first time yesterday. Finally found the missing part of me. Felt so close but you were far away. Left me without anything to say. "

I smiled as he blew kisses at me. "Now I'm  speechless over the edge I'm just breathless I never thought that I'd catch this love bug again. " he stopped strumming and smiled.

"Wanna learn?"  He asked and pulled the guitar over my lap.

"Okay." I smiles as his hand was placed over mine.

"Okay put your fingers here. And strum." I did as told and my fingers strummed the chords. "That's a g chord. " I smiled.

We spent the few minutes we had left playing with the guitar and him singing. I loved these moments with him.

It was now 11:57 we have three minutes until New years. I sat next to him and watched the ball drop on the tv. We drank a few sips of champagne and made a few jokes.

The lady shouted the countdown and I got butterflies. "Ten, nine, eight. ". I smiled at Calum and scooted closer to him.

"I love you punk." He spoke as he rubbed my cheek with the pad of his thumb.

"I love you too stupid. " I bit my lip and leaned into his lips.

" three! Two! One! Happy New year's! " everyone shouted over our kiss.
