Description:
Shining Star gives the user the ability to generate light, absorb light, see better in the dark, and create beams of light that act as lasers that become so hot that they burn the opponent. The user gains energy from sunlight, and at night they can gain energy from the light of the stars that increase the brightness of their light and the power of the Quirk.
Pros & Strengths:
The user can see very well in the dark. The user can make bright beams of light and increase the temperature of the beams, making it able to burn the opponent. The user can absorb the energy from other sources of light to gain more energy and become stronger, and also generate light and flashes that can be as bright as they please. This light can become bright enough to temporarily (or in worse cases, permanently) blind an enemy.
Cons & Weaknesses:
The user must use a lot of energy to create beams of light, and the user may possibly get temporarily blinded by their own light.
