Jungkook and Taehyung's class ended at 5 and now have their two hour vacant period. Taehyung mentioned he was assigned as a cleaner today so Jungkook didn't bother to wait (as the older had instructed) and proceeded to go to their regular spot. As the boy was near in the spot, he saw a man sitting on their usual table.

'Yun ata yung kuya ni Taehyung. Ok kooks, kapalan mo mukha mo at makihalubilo ka sa kapatid niya!' Jungkook thought while taking a deep breath before walking towards the spot. He suddenly stopped in his tracks when he saw the man's features more closely. His eyes widened while his entire body trembled.

'Hindi pwedeng siya yon, sabi niya lumipad siya papuntang New York pero andito siya?'

The man looked at his surroundings, making Jungkook cover his face and running out of there FAST. The said man looked at him weirdly before shrugging it off and texted his brother.

Joonie hyung 🐨:
tae you said your tutor is coming here now right? wala pa namang pumupunta dito sa pwesto ko for 5 minutes already. may dinaanan ba yon?

taehyung:
what? but I told him already to go there and wait for me. he didn't say anything about taking detours

wait, I'm almost finished here just give me a few minutes

Taehyung hurriedly finished his duty and fixed all the materials he used for cleaning then ran as fast as he could to their usual spot. His brother was right, Jungkook wasn't seen anywhere around there.

"Hey, I'm here. You're positive you didn't see anyone come over here?" Taehyung asked and Namjoon nodded.

"Yeah, except for this one kid who suddenly sprinted in front of me. I thought they were just being weird so I shrugged it off" Taehyung sighed and took a seat across Namjoon.

"Kausapin mo nga ulit nang magkaintindihan kayo" and Taehyung did just that.

Taehyung stared at his screen, waiting for a reply back. After waiting for half an hour, he saw the boy read his messages.

"Wait, eto na kuya. He read my messages already"

"Kuya, maybe it's better for you to head home. He said he wasn't feeling well today that's why he bounced early" Taehyung said, lying to his brother about what happened to his tutor. Namjoon hummed in response, standing up and stretching his arms.

"Don't you want me to wait for you until your classes are finished for tonight? I could just wait at a nearby cafe or something"

"No need kuya, you should take a rest na lang for tonight. Sorry the session got cancelled all of a sudden"

"Don't worry about it, I hope he gets better soon. I'll go ahead then?"

Namjoon bid his younger brother goodbye before going back to the parking lot. Taehyung sighed in worry and took out his phone again to see any new messages from Jungkook.

'Ugh, this must've been my karma when I didn't attend that dinner last three weeks. I such a jerk'
