Hey beautiful souls - Nathalie again - I want to give you tips on how to get longer and stronger nails.

These are my natural nails they don't look really good because I did my own manicure since it's quarantine. I love long nails so if you're like me and struggling to let them grow just follow the tips below:
1- drink milk: It's really helpful to drink a cup of milk every day, you will start to see results in maximum 2 weeks P.S: If you don't like its taste you can always add some sugar or chocolate or anything to make it taste better.
2- moisturize: This might sound weird but moisturizing your nails is really important this way the nail won't dry and break. Just use any cream you use to moisturize your hands!
3- Try to avoid activities that might break your nails: Like basketball, volleyball, scratching something..
4- Avoid fake nails! It really harms your nails and won't let them grow. I know it's tempting and it makes your nails look perfect but isn't it much better if you have natural long nails ?
