"Hello." I rolled out of bed not wanting to wake up Chance, as I snuck into the bathroom.

"Good Morning Florida State University student, rise and shine because I'm coming to get you right now." Uncle Marcus spoke into the phone before hanging up making me squeal in excitement as I jumped up and down.

Jumping into the shower, I washed my body quickly feeling the adrenaline run through my body. I haven't learned something in a school since I was in sixth grade. Everything else I had to learn by myself, which explained why my math wasn't as good as it should be.

Pulling the clean Bape shirt on that Chance let me wear on my first night over my head, I paired it with some loose army khaki pants, and my white fazos.

Throwing notebooks, and pens in my book bag that I bought earlier in the week, I smiled making sure not to wake Chance up.

We were up all night talking, and I wanted him to get enough sleep as possible before he had to go to work.

"Am I in my grade?" I questioned Marcus who was driving with Brandy's I want to be down singing in the back. Bobbing my head I smiled loving the beat.

"Actually you're English grade was a perfect score, and you're math grade was average but if you had a couple more questions right you would be going into sophomore year, but right now you're going to have to settle down for being a college freshman."

"That's not a settle for me at all, thank you and please tell Mr. Joseph the same thing. I'm being able to live my dreams." I smiled. I was grateful that I wasn't left back or not able to attend because I did so bad.

"I never thought I would hear a kid they're grateful for school." He gave me a pound and for the rest of the ride we sung a long to old music.

"Here you go." He handed me $50 and I looked down and shook my head.

"I have money." I lied.

"A child rejecting money, is this a dream?" He looked around pinching himself making me laugh.

He and his family had already did enough for me and I didn't want to continue leeching. "Just take it, just in case." He gave me the money.

"Saigezyyyy!" Lola yelled crossing the street jumping up and down before walking to me and giving me a hug.

"You got in." I nodded smiling.

"I found out a hour ago, do you think you'll be in the same classes-"

"Can I trust you to bring my nephew's girlfriend back home?" He questioned looking back at her car, and she nodded.

"Yes, I'll bring her back. Bye Uncle Marcus." She called out.

"Thanks again, and we're not together." I laughed.

"Girl, please." He drove off.

"Back to your question, it all depends on what major you chose. I'm in business," we walked into the school and I froze a little looking at how many people were in here, and how big the school was.

The marble floors shined, and I could see my reflection while the walls were clean and had posters a few inches apart.

"I chose creative writing and minoring in communication because I want to be a motivational speaker." I felt like my story could touch so many people, because if I could convince myself to stay alive and put all my worries in God I could convince others, and motivate them to keep going.

"That's a really good career for you, I can see that for you. I minor in communication too so we'll have maybe two classes together." After picking up my schedule from the main office, and going on to class to class, I only got lost about twice.
