Chance's POV:

"Get up." I snatched the covers off Saige's head with my black towel wrapped around my waist, just getting out the shower.

"Noooo." She whined putting it back on top of her head to block the sunlight.

"We have to go. They called a mandatory meeting for everyone, I think my dad came up with a plan for getting in contact with the Diablo's."

"My head hurts," she mumbled squinting her eyes at me to avoid as much daylight as possible.

"I'll get you some Advil. I already let you sleep as long as possible." I woke up at seven o'clock, made her some breakfast after showering, and now it was time to get up.

Handing her the pills she grabbed it with an attitude rolling her eyes as she sat up.

"Cut it out." I watched her swallow them dry without using the water, and then gulped down two sips.

"Ole' boy kept blowing your phone up." I uttered looking at her but she gave no eye contact knowing who I was talking about.

She had named the certain someone in her phone, as guy from club. When he texted this morning to see how she was doing, I seen it when I was trying to help her sleep by putting her phone on silent.

I wasn't a nigga that was usually in his feelings about anything like this but I wasn't going to lie and say that I liked that someone else was even texting her let alone getting a twerk session.

"Are we going to act like yesterday didn't happen?" She looked at me still with her eyes squinted.

"Up to you." She was the one with a nigga hitting her phone up. I wasn't going to stress her, she was new over here I expected her to catch attention.

I assumed she didn't like my answer because she got up and quickly went into the closet picking something out.

"Maybe we should. I wouldn't want you to disappoint your fearless leader Future, just like I don't want to disappoint my goddess, Meghan." She stuck out her tongue before slowly closing the door not wanting the vibration of a loud door fucking with her head more.

Hearing the water run immediately, I looked into the mirror and sighed. "Mirror tell me what I need to hear." I brushed over my waves.

"It's not you, it's them. Word to Future." Nodding my head satisfied I went to go eat my food, before changing for the day.

Saige's POV:

"That girl keeps looking at me," I mumbled feeling my headache get worse as I groaned waiting for the pain reliever to kick in.

"Who?" Jerking my head to her direction he quickly turned back around.

"Don't worry bout' her."

"She keep looking at me up and down." I scrunched my face up.

"Cause you look good." Sucking my teeth at his answer he smiled.

"I smack bitches who can't control their facial expressions."

"Good evening." Uncle Marcus started off the meeting with his hands on the podium as we all looked at him. I kept my sunglasses on and leaned my head on Chance's shoulder.

"We've called you today because we have contacted the other side." Gasps filled the air, and my head raised off his shoulders surprised that they could get in contact so fast.
