Chapter 14

"Sup?" I asked Matt when he showed up at my house.

I invited him over so that we could film a YouTube video, since we hadn't done one together in a while.

"Sup with you?"

"Meh, not much." I said. "Let's go upstairs and get this party-"

"Matthew! Oh, it's so good to see you!" My mother shouted as she came up the stairs from the basement with a basket full of clean clothes.

"It's good to see you too Miss Parks."

"Oh please Matthew, how many times have I told you to call men Olivia!"

"Ok, well it's good to see you too, Olivia." He smiled at her.

"So how-"

""No, mom." I cut her off. "No time, we got stuff to do." I told her before I pushed Matt up the first step of the stairs.

We both ran to my room and I was about to shut the door so we wouldn't have any distractions when Mackenzie squeezed her way in between the wall and the door. She ran to my bed and jumped in Matt's arm. She so cute, it's adorable.

"Matt!" She shouted as he return her hug.

"Mackenzie!" He shouted in a high pitch voice to imitate her.

"Mackenzie... We have stuff to do." I told her as I sat on my bed beside Matt.

"But-"

"You can come back after we finish." I told her with a smile.

She ran to the door and yelled "okay" before closing it again and we heard her run to her bedroom.

I set up the camera and everything by myself because Matt is a lazy ass and didn't even propose is help. I nudged at him so that he would focus on what we really had to do when I was finished. I hit record and began to talk.

"Hey guys!" I said cheerfully as I clapped my hands together. "So I'm here with Matt." I pointed him and he waved at the camera.

"What's up!?" He said as he threw his arms up in the air.

"And we're gonna do a Q&A!"

"They probably figured that out already because you tweeted about it like an hour ago."

"Ugh, whatever Matt." I sighed. "Just read the damn question."

"Okay, first question is 'how long have you two known each other?'" He read the first question.

"Like... 10 years or something..."

"It was exactly 11 years in September, because we met in kindergarten." He stated as a fact.

"Wow that makes me feel old." I said and we both laughed. "Next question."

"What's the best thing you guys ever did together?" He read. "That's a hard one..."

"Maybe the time we went to McDonald's at midnight and only the drive-thru was open, but we didn't have a car, but we ordered our food anyway in the drive-thru."

"Oh yeah! That was hilarious! The lady's face at the cash." He said as he imitated her expression and we both laughed.

"This one says 'one thing you dislike about each other?'"

"Uh...I don't know haha..."

"I know, you always have to be right." Matt told me.

"Not true."

"Yes that's true a-"

"Shut up! That's not true!" I yelled at him as I punched his arm. "Well you never take anything seriously!"
