"Thanks." I said.
Really? That's all I've got to say? I don't know why I'm so nervous right now, I hope it doesn't stay like this all night.
"Don't be nervous Eva." He told me like he read my mind.
"I'm not nervous." I lied to myself.
"Maybe you're the one who is nervous." I joked.
NASH'S P.O.V
It's like she read my mind. Of course I'm nervous; I'm on a date with Eva Parks.
Ever since the first time I saw her, I knew she was special. I knew I had no time to waist. She's just so beautiful and funny and... Did I mention she's beautiful?
"So... I'm really exited about seeing this movie, you?" I asked the beautiful girl beside me.
"Of course I'm excited to see it! I've read all 3 books of the maze runner series." She said with a huge smile on her face.
"Really? I've also read them all!"

"Oh no." Eva breathed out when we stepped inside the theater.
"What?"
"Those girls over there." She pouted.
"What's wrong with them?"
"Everything." She said before walking away. "Let's just sit as far away from them as possible."
"Okay." I said as I sat beside her at the complete back of the room.
"So who are those girls?"
"They're just a bunch of b..." She said but stopped as they started walking up to us.
I have a feeling this won't be pretty.
EVA'S P.O.V
Why the fuck are they walking up to us? To embarrass me again? To insult me?
Or is it to steal my man? Ok, he's not mine yet, but you know what I mean.
I can picture Jennifer just pushing me out of the way and flying away with Nash.

God I'm hilarious.
"Hi Eva!" She said with a pitchy and annoying as fuck voice.
Think of something rude but funny Eva. Quick.
"I didn't expect to see you here. And who's this? Your prisoner? Oh wait, I know. You're totally paying him so that he'll hang out with you." She laughed.
Damn it, my time is up.
"I have an idea, I'll give you whatever he's paying you and..." She turned to face Nash. "... You can come and watch the movie with us. Doesn't that sound better?"
That's it. It's over. She's gonna ruin it for me, again.
"In your dreams." He told her and grabbed my hand.
Wow. I can't believe he just did this.
And her face, it's priceless. This is the best day of my entire fucking life.
"Hey, aren't you Nash Grier?" Valerie asked him as she stood there beside her evil twin.
Ok, they're not twins. But they dress the same and talk at the same time. It's just funny. Ok, maybe it's not that funny.
"Ya."
"Then what are you doing here with her?" She asked him in a disgusted tone looking at me.
"Ya, you deserve so much better." Jennifer said while she touched his arm in a seductive way, ew.
"Actually, I'm quite pleased with her. As a matter of fact, we're here on a date together."
"What!?" They both shouted in unison.
"You heard me. I'm on a date with her, and I would really appreciate if you two could leave us alone." Nash said and I was mentally on my knees in from of him. Amen Nash, amen.
They both sighed and walked away. Finally.
"Thanks for doing this for me." I told him when they had left.
"Anything for you." He said and my heart melted.

"Thank you so much for tonight. I had a blast." I told him as I smiled at my hands instead of looking into his blue eyes. I don't know why I'm so shy.
The movie was great. And I'm also really thankful that he didn't laught at me when Jennifer and Valerie made fun of me.
I lifted my head and turned to look at Nash. He looked at me and smiled, just before bending down towards me. Is he gonna kiss me? Then, he kissed me.
Oh. My. Fucking. God.
His lips tasted like popcorn, probably because we just went to a movie (I don't know really, I just hope it's because of that. Who would want to kiss buttery lips everyday?)
But can I just say, wow. That's the best kiss I've ever had.
I kissed Nash Grier. I want to shout it at the top of my lungs so that the whole neighborhood could hear it.
I KISSED NASH GRIER.
But then he pulled apart. Well it was fun while it lasted.
"Eva?" He said in a raspy voice.
"What?" I asked him, coming out of my daydream.
"Want to be my girlfriend?" He asked me.
"What?" I asked, confused.
Then I realized, this is too quick. This can't happen right now. I barely know him, what was I thinking?
I can't just say yes and jump into his arms. I don't know him enough. For all I know he could be a player. I don't know though.
That's right Eva, You don't know because you don't know him well enough. Not enough to be his girlfriend, yet.
"Want to e my girlfriend?" He asked me again, this time a bit less confident.
"I don't know Nash..."
"What?" He pulled away and put his hand on the steering wheel. "But you kissed me back."
"This is too quick Nash..." I told him as I unbuckled my seatbelt.
"Really?"he said in shock. "But I really thought you liked me."
"I do, Nash. But I need more time, I'm sorry."
"Why? I don't get it."
Not this... Why do I always have to explain this. I have trouble trusting people because of what happened that day, but I can't hit explain it to him. He would probably just laugh at me and tell everyone he knows. Plus, he's friends with him. I don't know...
"Look, I don't feel like explaining this right now, but I just can't fall in love with someone so fast, again." I told him calmly. "I just need time Nash." I said, this time actually getting out of the car.
"Bye Nash..."
