I went upstairs to my room, which Lily and I share. Lily wasn't in the room, so I could make a thank-you card for Snape. I don't know his name other than what Petunia told me; I will ask him tomorrow when I meet him. I sat down at my desk. I pulled out a white piece of paper. I was planning to write "To My Dear Friend" on the front of the card, and inside the card, I would write thank you. , I hear someone open the door. I turned around and saw Lily. I hid the card in my drawer. I got out of my chair and sat on my bed.
"Lily, what are you doing here?" I asked.
"I wanted to talk to you about your chat with Mum. Why are you acting so suspicious?" Lily said.
"I was talking to Mum about what we are eating for lunch. I didn't talk about anything else with Mum." I said.
Lily went over to my desk and took out the card from the drawer. She said, "What this is?"
"It's nothing... nothing at all," I said snatching my card from her and put it under my pillow.
"Y/N it's okay. You can tell me. I'm your sister, I wouldn't tell anyone about it."
"Pinkie Promise?"
"Pinkie Promise!" Lily said, wiggling her pinkie against my pinkie.
"I am meeting Snape tomorrow, and I was making a card thank-you card for him,"
"But Tuney told you not to!"
"I know that... but I really want to know more about what we are... and he also seems like a nice person."
"But can I at least come with you?"
"Sorry, Lily. I want to go alone, so I can get to know him."
"I understand... but do you need any help with your card?"
"I would love your help! But first, let's eat lunch. I am starving!"
"Let's go then!"
Timeskip: After lunch
"Y/N, what do you want the card to say?" Lily asked.
"I want it to say on the front, 'To My Dear Friend' and on the inside, it should say, 'Thank you'"
After a few hours of making the card, Lily and I finally finished making the card. We drew some flowers on the front of the card and write "To My Dear Friend" in a golden color. The inside of the card has a yellow background and "Thank you" in a golden color.
"We are finally done! I hope he likes it," Lily exclaimed.
"I hope so too," I said putting away my card in a drawer of my desk.

Dad enters the room and said, "Girls clean up and get ready for bed."
"Okay, Dad!" we said.
We got ready for bed.
I said to Lily, "Good night!"
"Good night Y/N!" Lily responded and turned off the lamp.
Lily fell asleep right away while I was still awake. I whispered to myself, "I hope he likes it." After saying that, I went to sleep.
