I rushed out the door and locked it. Usually, Ava comes to my house to pick me up because I don't have a car and since I woke up late, I have to walk to school. I start to run because I have 10 minutes left until the first period starts. I get to the school and I see two boys hanging out in front of it. I didn't pay any attention to them. As I try to run in the school, I step on one of the boy's shoes.

"Hey. I'm Kio and this is Jaden. What did you say your name was again?" Kio said. "Y/n" I said. "Well, Y/n? Are you gonna say sorry to my friend here?" "I did say sorry and plus it was an accident. He's just being a little bitch about it." I said. Jaden walked closer to me. "You wanna say that again." He says. I keep my mouth shut. "How about you run along to class, love." Kio says. I did as he said because I didn't want any trouble. In the classroom, I see Ava. She waves at me and I sit in the seat behind her. Five minutes later, I see Kio and Jaden walk in. Kio sat behind me and Jaden sits to the left of Kio. Jaden throws a paper ball at me and I unfold it and read what it says. The paper reads "Bitch" on it. I look at Jaden with a threatening stare then he sticks the middle finger at me. Class is now done and I get up and carry my things to my locker. I try to put my things in my locker but Kio smacks the books out of my hand. He continues to walk and laugh with Jaden.
I see this boy rushing over to me. He helps me pick up my books.

"Here." "Thanks." I said. "What's your name?" He says with excitement. "Y/n." "My name is Josh." He says. He helps me put my books in my locker and we talked for a minute.
Kio and Jaden turn around and see Josh and I talking. "Ugh. That wasn't the plan." Jaden said.
I see Kio looking at me as Josh and I are walking towards our next class, I stick the finger at them as they did to me in class.
Kio laughs and continues walking the other way with Jaden.
