I fidgeted nervously in my robe as JJ curled my hair. Penelope was doing my makeup, and Emily was talking to me.
"Oh god, I'm so nervous. I don't know why. What if I mess it all up?"
"No, no, you won't, it'll be fine. This is gonna be one of the best days of your life, just enjoy it and live in the moment."
"Yeah, don't you worry, we'll take care of everything for you," added JJ.
"Yes, just enjoy your wedding, angel," said Penelope.
I sighed. "Did you guys know that 42% of marriages end in divorce?"
"Delaney, that's still less than half. Also, you and Reid were made for each other," Emily massaged my hand.
"Yeah, it's fine," I said. I didn't know why I was so nervous; I loved Spencer more than anything. This was just a really big commitment. I still really wanted to make it, though.
"Close your eyes for a sec," said Penelope as she started applying some eyeshadow.
I bit my lip and smiled a little. I couldn't believe that today I was marrying Spencer. Behind the nerves, I was actually really really excited for the wedding.
I'd picked out my dress with the girls a few weeks before. I absolutely loved it. I couldn't wait for Spencer to see. We were doing a "first look" in about an hour. I was really excited to see him.
