There were days where the sun felt like a distant friend that I finally met.
And the sunshine embraced my soft skin and filled me with a pure feeling, awakening me with its delicate smile.
I didn't have to leave
The sun brought euphoria instead of dread and manic, in me.
But on some it feels like hell.
Like the scorching sun's heat made me believe in the temporary
The rays stabbing my frail soul and what was left of the darkness in a shriveled heart
Although it opened me, it forced me to the exposure of this confession.
And I stood there waiting in this isolated sunshine.
