Wonwoo, Jihoon and Seungcheol were the three who made up the backbone of the Seventeen Mafia. Mafia sounds a bit cringe when you hear it in 2022, however this group of assassins only carried out jobs and missions with targets who deserved death.

Wonwoo, the leader of the mafia had been in the business since he was a child. his parents were the previous leaders, and once they died the roll was given to him.

Seungcheol worked behind the scenes. he accepted requests and found targets. he got recruits in and set up missions. He never participated in any of the violence, but he was the one who provided all the information they needed and allowed the mafia to keep a low profile.

Jihoon was Wonwoo's best friend and partner. he had also been in the midst of things for a long time. However, he was a bit tired of it all. His job was to train new recruits as they came in. However, he hadnt been doing that for a while. all their old recruits had been "kicked out" for Wonwoo's aggressiveness. that scared the trainees and they all bailed. Jihoon expected new trainees soon, but for now it was his job to carry out missions with Wonwoo.

The boys were on a mission together, Wonwoo and Jihoon facing their targets, ready to shoot. Jihoon hesitated on shooting. after all the years he had been there he still hated killing people.

"Woozi! come on!" Wonwoo snapped at him.

Jihoon flinched at the outburst and tightened his hand around the pistol. He closed his eyes and pulled the trigger. The sound of the pistol sent adrenaline through his veins and he took a deep breath.

"Good, now let's go." Wonwoo said pulling his mask up.

Jihoon nodded and the two left the building. They jumped into Seungcheol's car and sped off.

Jihoon let out a sigh and leaned on the window.

"You cant keep doing that, Hoonie. You cant hold us back like that." Wonwoo said with a soft voice.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever I get it. You tell me this every mission." Jihoon said rolling his eyes.

"Then why dont you train yourself to show less sympathy?"

"Maybe, if my main job wasnt to train new recruits I could train myself." Jihoon said through clenched teeth.

"You know that's not going to happen."

"Then stop complaining about my work or get rid of me." Jihoon hissed glaring at Wonwoo.

Wonwoo nodded and sighed. "Ok then."

The rest of the ride was silent until they got back to their place.
It wasnt a hide out like you would think. It was a simple house that belonged to Seuncheol. It housed the three of them and any new recruits that came in.

"How did you guys do today?" Seungcheol asked

"Jihoon got one, I got two." Wonwoo informed.

Seungcheol nodded and logged it in his notebook. A text then came to his phone.

"Alright, boys, we've got two new recruits coming later." Seungcheol said.

Jihoon and Wonwoo walked over to the older and looked at the phone.
