"Today is the day!" Luna burst into my room, "Your last full day here."

I got up from where I was squatting, taking my duffel bags and putting them to the side.

"Y-yeah."

"You've already packed?"

I simply hummed and grabbed my cane.

Leaving was going to be harder than it was getting used to this place.

"M-My speech t-therapy starts on T-Thursday." I turned to her, "So I-I might s-swing b-by."

"You better." She took my free hand, "Come on."

She took me to Lance's room, knocking on the door, "Open up."

He swung open the door, "Hey, it's you two."

We pushed past him and saw Abbie sitting down on a chair.

"Took you long enough."

I shrugged, "I was m-making s-sure everything w-was p-packed."

She stood up and pulled out an envelope, "Here."

"W-What's t-this?"

"A present from all of us." Lance chirped.

I opened the envelope and pulled out a handmade card that read, 'I guess we'll miss you.'

"You g-guess?" I giggled, "How k-kind."

"Abbie designed it, don't get mad at us!" Luna jokingly replied.

I pulled out my phone, "How a-about we t-take a-a picture?"

"Sure, you better frame it though." Lance took my phone and placed it on his desk, setting a timer.

He placed a hand around me, and Luna threw her hand in the air giggling, one of which hit Abbie in the face causing her face to scrunch up in discontent.

The camera clicked.

"Hey! Retake that." Abbie moaned at the picture on my screen.

"No." I giggled, "I'll f-frame i-it."

Luna jumped in, "Better yet, make it your home screen."

Abbie slapped her arm.

"What was that for?"

"Being annoying as per usual."

"That's mean."

Lance stood in the doorway of my room, "Hey."

I looked up at him smiling, "C-Come in."

He shut the door behind him and ambled over to my desk, picking up something, "Bailey?"

"Y-Yes?"

"You still haven't opened this?" He spun around holding the letter from Jamie.

"I g-guess not." He came closer to me, "I k-kinda f-forgot."

He handed me the letter, "Well are you gonna read it?"

I paused, "S-Should I? I k-know what s-she'd say."

"How do you know if you haven't read it yet?"

"I-I just do, o-okay?" I sighed.

Lance placed a hand on my leg, "Are you scared?"

"M-Maybe." I sighed, feeling tears pricking at my eyes, "I was t-there w-when she –"

I choked on my words.
