What you want to believe

The beginning

      Whatever you believe in is your choice. The earth being flat, or what the reason people are fighting for.

Humans don't exist anymore and the war for the ecosystem has been driving everyone mad.

I don't believe in mixed species, but they are possible. They can be mixed dog breeds, but I've never seen anything like what I have throughout the war.

My name's Maximum, most people call me Maxy, and I... Well I'm going to be the one to stop the war.

It all when I was 7 years old, I was just a kid. My power is growing flowers, most kids picked on me for having such a girly power. I didn't take note of their presence. My brothers were always by my side. Our parents? My father was over seas with his business, and my mother was a lawyer, going from one case to the next. My brothers took care of me, and always had eachother.

There are 5 of us. Ethan, Nathan (the twins), Alan, and Lukas. They are all older then me. Im the youngest of the Brooklyn family. The Ocean pack. My father's the alpha, and since he was born in June, and his Zodiac sign is Cancer, his powers were related to the ocean.

My father has blonde hair, and he has loose glasses, that always fall off his face. He has a blue water mark in his cheek. My father's name is Quinten, he met out mother at an alpha meeting and she is the alpha of the Woodlands pack.

My mother has dark brown hair and has bright freckles on her tan face. Her green eyes had always reminded me of the woods, and our power. Even if I was a water sign.

Ethan and Nathan are capricorns, they both had light brown hair. Ethan had blue eyes, and Nathan had green eyes. Ethan was an inch taller then  Nathan. They both had super speed. Both 17.

Alan was a a libra, the only one born in October and he could play with fire and not get injured. His red curly hair made him look younger, and energetic. Alan's bright orange eyes could scan a room and be able to find out secrets. He had our mothers freckles and our fathers smile. 16.

Lukas a virgo like mother, but could walk on water, and make it dance, he could even freeze it if he wanted to. He had fathers light fluffy blonde hair, and mothers beautiful green eyes. Lukas is the only other person in our family to have been born with vines covered in water on his arms. Hes 15.

And me, the only other cancer in the family. My light blue watery eyes were an splitting image of my father's. My light blonde hair had a permanent greenish blue streak in it, and I had my mothers dimples and her freckles. I was born with a water mark with a beautiful rose inside it. I'm 7 years old. With being the youngest, I was also the more sick brother.

My mother was always taking me to the hospital for colds that lasted weeks, and fevers as high as 200°. My brothers always tired their best to protect me, and my father always came home with a small does of herbs, and a little stuffed animal for me, and something small for my brothers. We are the ocean woodland wolf pack.

                      ~current time~

My brothers and I sat down on the curb of our drive way, I was watching them all play with their powers, and I moved a little closer to the road to see all of them. I didn't pay much attention, and I'm felt Lukas's water lift me far in the air, I actually liked being this high, when I looked down I seen panic and relief go through my brothers faces. Lukas set me down in the grass and all of them hugged me and proceeded to tell me to be careful.

Ethan and Nathan both took each of my hands and we all walked to the park down the block. Alan had my tiny bike that fit my height, while riding his own and Lukas skate boarded to the park.

When we go there Ethan took me to the swings and pushed me gently, Nathan went to a group of kids his and Ethans age. Alan and Lukas road down the path into the trees. I looked Ethan in the eyes, and he stopped the swing and I ran towards the path. Ethan didn't follow me, but I felt his eyes on me until I was into the woods.

I stayed on the path for the most part but I also went into a small meadow and the sun shown through the leaves. This spot sparkled in my eyes as the sun bathed my skin in its warmth from the suns rays. I sat down in the meadow and I looked at all of the flowers that seemed to glitter with morning dew still sticking to their petals.

I felt relaxed in this spot, not that I have anything to be stressed about, but it was relaxing. Then I felt the wind. It felt strong around me, but none of the trees rustled with its impact. Little blossoms started to grow around me, and I felt my body begin to shake a little. I took my hands out of the grass, and I covered my mouth, starting to wheeze, and cough. My chest felt heavy and tight.

I started to dash out of the meadow, and back to the path and I found myself stumbling over my shoes, and the rocks under me. I tripped so many times that my knees and palms began to bleed, I tried to pick up the pace, but I couldn't.  I began to feel fatigue, wheezing more and more for air, my body trembling into more of a spiral, and I tried to get up one last time to at least get into my brothers sight so they can see me, and come rushing to my aid.

I got to the end of the path, falling one last time as I spit up blood and falling unconscious, the last thing J could feel was the grass, the last thing I heard was the winds howls.
