Amara's POV
Year's had passed since the day we confronted Palpatine. The republic had survived the war, Count Dooku had stopped the fighting and General Grievous ran away per usual. Ashoka had become a Jedi Knight. Anakin and I sat on the council as the two youngest Jedi to ever achieve mastery. Our Children, Luke and Leia Skywalker were both very strong with the force. They were five now. Luke had decided to follow in his father's footsteps and become a Jedi. Anakin and Obi-Wan both trained him. Leia had decided she was more into politics, so Padme Amidala taught her what she could. Life was great. Anakin and I had been the first Jedi to ever have an open marriage within the order. Without Anakin loving me and being honest with me, the order would have fallen. The republic would have turned into an empire and the world would have suffered. Was the darkness defeated? For now, yes but I do worry about what will happen now that Anakin has altered history. The Skywalker family lives on and right now that's the only thing that matters.
