"What song next?" Jake enquired.

"Mine and Jeremy's I think." Michael replied calmly, but he looked slightly worried.

Rich noticed and tapped Mike's head. "You alright bud?"

"Y-Yeah all good Heere," Michael said giving a thumbs up and a smile.

"Did you really just...? Never mind." Jeremy said.

Find the bad guy, push 'em aside.
Then move on forward with your friend at your side.

'Friend,' Michael thought.

It's a two-player game, so when they make an attack,

'Michael always has my back, I can't believe I did that to him!' Jeremy thought snuggling closer to Michael.

Then you stay on track,

Remain on course.
If they give you a smack, you

And if you leave your brother behind, it's lame!
Cause it's an effed up world, and it's a two-player game, hey!

"'Effed' up is an accurate word but for your two's friendship," The SQUIP said smiling. Michael glared.

"Is that a compliment or a mean comment?" Jake enquired.

"In my world, that's a huge compliment," Michael replies.

It's just that no one else but me thinks that yet.
You're just a nothing in this high school scheme,

"That's nice," Chloe said making Michael glare at her. "Sorry." She mumbled apology four, was that?

But it's no big cause you and I are a team.
We like out of print games, retro skates, got a Pac-Man tattoo.

"That's the lamest thing I've heard." The SQUIP replies blankly knowing it would make Mike angry.

Rich butted in before anyone could say anything, "God, shut up, man!"

Nobody here appreciates, but soon we'll be together where they do. Cause guys like us are cool in college, cool in college, won't be lame

High school is hell, but we navigate it well.
