Missing 😭 Part 2
You woke up the next morning to the sun shining on your face. You struggled to get up and headed back to the stream to follow the water. Hoping to find some sort of building or house.
Demi's POV
(2 Days Prior to y/n's POV)
You drove up the mountain. You were stopped by police by the accident site. You pulled over to the side and got out of your car. You saw y/n's parents. You ran over tears flying down. "Any news? Where's y/n?!" 'Demi I'm so sorry....y/n's car went over the side of the mountain into the woods....we don't know where they are....' You kneeled down to the ground. You were sobbing. An officer over heard you and walked over. 'Excuse me miss?....did you know the person in the accident?' "Y/n....my fiancé....." 'look miss....it hasn't been 24hrs yet so we can't do anything but we will find y/n....' "why? Y/n is alone! Scared! Possibly injured! Or worse!" 'Look miss I understand your frustration but we can't do anything at this moment....first thing in the morning we will send out a search party.' "Fine." You sat down on the ground. "Where are you?....." You said to yourself softly. "come home to me....." 'Demi! We've got something!' You ran over. "Y/n?!" You went to y/n's parents. 'Unfortunately no.....but some news....' "what is it?" 'They didn't find a body....so y/n is alive!' "Oh thank god! Y/n is probably so scared!" 'Y/n is tough....he/she can get through this! Be tough Demi!' You nodded and went back to your car. You sat down. You put your head back to try and fall asleep. You tried to call y/n just to see if by some miracle their phone made it. Y/n's voice.... you didn't know why but you missed y/n's voice. You listened to that voicemail message all night...you woke up. The sun rose. You got out of your car. You went over to the police officer. "So when are we leaving?" 'We?' "I can find y/n...." 'no miss I can't let you go....' "that's too bad.....cause I'm going...." you stood and glared in the officers eyes. 'Okay. We leave in 20 minutes.' "Great." You went to your car changed your shoes and changed into your gym clothes which you luckily still had in your car. You grabbed your camelbak. (Water backpack.) And you met up with the search and rescue team. 'You ready?' "Yup let's go." You jump in the truck with the team and head down toward the woods. You get out of the truck and head to where y/n's car had fallen. You and the team get to the car and look around for clues. 'I've got tracks sir!' 'Great let's get going before the trail runs cold!' You follow along. 'Wait.' You all stop. You look over. A bear. The captain whispers. 'Don't move.' Your heart was pounding. 'Slowly step back.' Everyone slowly walked backwards. You pointed out a cave. Everyone slowly headed for the cave and climbed in. 'Well have to continue tomorrow. This bear isn't going anywhere anytime soon.' "What about y/n! Their all alone out there!" 'Look miss...if we go out there we risk our lives! We don't know how many more bears there will be!' "You're right I'm sorry." You lie down and pull up some pictures of you and y/n. One of the search and rescue guys taps you on the shoulder. 'I'm Tyler.' "Hi. Demi." You shook hands. 'Look Demi...we'll get your fiancé back..' "thanks Tyler." You put your head back and stare and the ceiling of the cave. You fall asleep. You wake up to the captain talking. 'Okay let's go Everyone! Get up!' You get up and grab your things. Everyone climbs out and goes back on the path. About 2 hours go by. 'Sir!' 'What is it?' 'The trail.....it's gone cold!' "No!" The captain looks over. 'You! Where would you go?' "Ummmm...." you felt your gut. "Water....I'd try to find water." 'Let's go people you heard her!' About an hour later you find a stream. "Captain over here!" 'Great! Now....where would you go?' "I would go...." 'sir back here!' 'What did you find?' 'I've got blood!' You turned and ran over. You saw some thread. And pieces of shirt and pants. 'Looks like they made something with their clothes.....their injured.' "We're running out of time then!" 'Look miss....we have to be thorough or we will not find them at all.' You turn in anger and go back to the stream. The captain comes over to you. 'Look miss...' "Demi....my name is Demi...." 'Demi....I'm sorry...it's just...we have procedures....' "I understand but I just want y/n here." 'I get that and we will find y/n!' You look up. You see a cave. "Look! Over there!" You pointed and ran.....
