"The doctor needs to speak to you, Aizawa Shouta, about the situation..." the nurse tells him.

Doctor Santo approaches Shouta. "Aizawa you might want to sit."

"No! I want to see my fiancee now!" Shouta yells.

"You need to hear something first. We couldn't save the baby... she's running a high fever and not always concious or making sense. She's stable now, try not to stress her Aizawa Shouta.". Doctor Santo states.

"Why is Yuriko so sick?"

"She overused her healing quirk while being pregnant. The sad thing about her quirk, it slowly kills her. Her pregnancy test was three days ago and the ultrasound had shown a healthy baby boy."

Shouta closes his eyes and collects his thoughts. It wasn't anything about the wedding. She was sick because she was pregnant. The weight, as she was carrying his beautiful child and he would never get to see his boy. The doctor escorts the underground hero into Yuriko's room. Aizawa sits down on the hospital bed and gently removes her beautiful ebony hair from her sweaty face. Yuriko moves in the bed and opens her eyes part way.

"Sho...?"

"I'm here Yuriko. How do you feel?" Shouta asks.

"Cold and weak...Shouta...I lost him! We were going to have a boy and I lost him!" Yuriko begins crying hysterically.

Shouta raises her frail body, climbs in the bed with her and wraps his arms around her. "Ssh...it's going to be alright. To lose our first child is terrible but we will get through it. I don't know what I would do without you Lily. You're my everything..."

"I love you more than life itself. You are my heaven and Earth, Sho."

"Get some sleep now. I will stay until you fall asleep. I'm putting in for sick days the rest of the week. If you're well enough we will go to the mountains this weekend."

"I would like that..."

"This sounds terrible in light of our loss but to practice to make another baby, if you're up to it?"

"Shouta Aizawa! They did remove my birth control implant. It's the reason I didn't think I was...you know. I'm so sorry Shouta!"

"Ssh, the doctor won't let me stay if I continue to upset you."

"Okay...please stay as Long as you can...."

Aizawa made a call to a Shinto priest to come to the hospital. He was going to marry Yuriko now and have the official ceremony as planned. He felt it was important to reassure her, he wouldn't leave her.

Shouta returns to Yuriko to see her looking pale but eating jello. She gives him a weak smile. "Santo, Yuriko will you still marry me?"

"Shouta! Of course! I would marry you on the spot!" Yuriko says excitedly.

"Then you will be Mrs. Aizawa at 1pm today. A Shinto priest is coming to marry us."

"Oh Sho! I love you more than life itself. You are my heaven and Earth, Sho."

The priest arrives early and blesses the couple. They perform the vows, exchange rings and the paperwork is taken to be filed. Yuriko smiles and snuggles into Shouta.

"Well Mrs. Aizawa, what is the first thing, as my newly wed bride, wishes to do now?"

Yuriko buried her blushing face in his chest. "You know but we can't..."

"Aah right... Obviously, you weren't a horny teenage boy." Shouta smirks. "You can't be your usual loud self sadly. I love when you scream my name cumming."

"Shouta!"

Shouta didn't believe he could love Yuriko anymore than he already could or their lovemaking would be on a level of sacred just as the night he proposed. He realizes that she most likely became pregnant that weekend. They quietly talk about her taking time off. He promises he would take a night patrol off during the week and a day on the weekend.

In the evening, Yuriko has a slight fever but Doctor Santo wasn't too concerned. He starts an antibiotic drip and tells Shouta not to worry. In the early morning hours, 3am to be exact, Yuriko woke up.

"Sho? My dear husband... would you hold me tight and hum,I feel really weak and shaky."

"Yes my beautiful wife, I will do just about anything for you..."

"I love you more than life itself. You are my heaven and Earth, Sho."

"I don't know what I would do without you Lily."

Shouta hums and Yuriko settles in his arms. He hears her soft breath in his ear and feels it on his neck. He drifts to sleep, for he is the happiest he has ever been. His happiness is shattered, he wakes to Doctor Santo coming in with a crash crew. Yuriko's heart had flatlined. As the Doctor fought to start her heart, a nurse kept Aizawa in a corner. She told him he shouldn't be in the room but if he stayed out of the way he could stay.

"Call it..."

"4:53 a.m."

"Nooo! Yuriko! Don't leave me! I don't know what I would do without you Lily!" Shouta wails.

Hizashi runs in to grab his friend. "Shouta, she's gone and you have things to do for her final journey."

So Friday was not spent in the mountains with his beautiful bride, he was planning his newly wed wife's funeral. All of his friends help as much as they can. Hizashi stays with Shouta, as he can't sleep and won't eat. Eraser insists he name their unborn boy to put on the gravestone too. He decides on Mitsue, it means 'of the light'. He will bury Yuriko in her bridal kimono that she never got to wear for their wedding and only now he gets to see her in it. She is beautiful beyond words and looks as if she is a sleeping beauty in a terrible fairytale that doesn't end happily ever after.

"You asked me how long I'd stay by your side

he funeral is held at UA High School and there wasn't a dry eye to be seen. Students, teachers, co-workers, family and so many of those she saved came to say thank you and goodbye. Shouta was overwhelmed by all those his Lily touched. He feels more alone now, at this moment, then ever in his whole life. Eraser is in a gym full of people who love his wife and feels he is utterly alone.

~Time Skip Now~

"I don't know what to do Lily...I can't sleep in the dorms. I hardly sleep at all my love. Hizashi makes me eat or I don't remember to...I miss your lunches you surprised me with so much. I am no longer an underground hero just a UA teacher because Nezu says the students want me to stay. I even fucking miss your stupid gifs! I miss you so fucking bad, my heart aches every minute of every day."

Shouta knelt on the soaked ground and rested his head on the grave stone. 'Yuriko and Mitsue Aizawa. Heaven & Earth.'

"Yuriko and Mitsue, you two are my Heaven and Earth. I pray that I will see you soon..."
