I am not a nurse or police officer so I apologize if my information is a bit off but I did as much research as I could to be as accurate as possible.
I thank you for committing to this journey that I created and I hope you find it compelling enough to see through to the end. However, the character development is a bit of a slow burn. This was my first book and I was a bit all over the place with the plot and the message I wanted to send but once I figured it out I took action. The moments are good but you have to pay attention if that makes sense. Oh and focus on the dates.

It does have some good life lessons though.
This is a fictional city with fictional people dealing with real world issues from the past, present, and what I believe to be the future.
There will be decisions that are made by characters that are very questionable, I just ask that you trust the process of development.
I am black, however there are Hispanic characters in this book that play major roles. I tried my best to represent their culture and way of life without any exclusion. I will accept constructive criticism on anything you think I should fix, just please be respectful.
