Tedashii stated to Akuma that he changed and doesn't no longer carry hate for Academy City, and that Akahana is way more human than he are Akuma ever will be.

Losing his chance to same person who ruin the dark may project with of right now for a robot Akuma immediately loses all sentiment value for Tedashii and tries to kill him. Despite being able to easily conjure up a submachine gun he refuse to kill Tedashii said simply and decides to make him suffer the whole way through his death.

Tedashii swings his fist missing while trying to reach for the nano gear but fails. Akuma follows up landings blow after blow effortlessly dodging Tedashii's engaged attempts. Complaining about the dark may project's failure and now Akuma losses fate in him and Saids he was a sone to him but now a dead man. He conjure up a grenade and throws it at Tedashii's face Exploding in front of his face.

The lost of the nano gear & death

Akuma laughs at the debris that hide the fate of Tedashii that was until he realized he was still alive holding a clear cube in the air as glowing light begins to flicker on his body. Tedashii explains to not worry this is in fact the digital nano code breaker at hand and not the powers of an esper ability, Tedashii was successful take the nano gear program, Akuma puzzled crying out how would he be able to when he ensure that he never let Tedashii touch or hack him.

However Tedashii confirms he did with Akahana's data Mine ability where how he was able to fine him. Unlike just using his phone to highjack it Data Mine itself was also capable of sharing one's thoughts into the system allowing him to pass on every continuing formula to hack the gear.

Despite how amazing that is Akuma denies that he can do so quickly especially when he was kicking his ass until realizing from over time the dark may project actually took in effect strengthen the speed of his already IQ thoughts.  The two together hypothesis the idea of how, where Akuma ask him why things turn out like this between the two of them and he misses hypothesis theories with him. Tedashii mocks him stating he would never rejoin him because he knows he's surviving by small tread, better off dead as his own family disowned him over his failure. (Revealing he knows about the affilation against academy city that he wanted Tedashii to hack data Mine and ruin Academy city and take her for himself because there's no where better than that) Akuma rages charging at Tedashii screaming out not to mock him when you're a guinea pig rat.

Tedashii throws his damage cloak at a charging Akuma's face. Akuma got the cloak off as he got a view of the nano gear suit that Tedashii created. Tedashii show no mercy striking Akuma with a razor sharp whirlwind of tornados. Akuma screams In horror as his body was rip to shreds and thrown out a full storage building.

Legacy
With the help Akahana and Akuma's challenge, Tedashii was able to reinvent himself into better person that overcomes his hate for Academy. He destroyed any uses for data Mine so that no one will target her again, leaving Akahana force to learn everything on her own without the tree diagram Check up.
Though Akuma is now officially dead the scares he left behind Tedashii still lingers him. Where he imagined Akuma coming back for him like the scientific devil he is.

Aleister Crowley finds interest in Code Vader officially adding him as an imaginary sprit something that hasn't been identified in the series yet, debating what to do with him.

Before Tedashii killed him while mocking him he ask what he did with his life insurance, however he wasn't really asking a question rather just a mockery he killed him with an answer, it is currently unknown what Akuma's trump card really is.
