Another day shot past. Mom was still quiet, as usual. If only she'd say a word to me. If only she'd tap on my back and push me further in life, if only she'd give me a bright future, which once she promised me. If only she'd widen her eyes and forget the dark past. I wanted nothing. Nothing at all! All I needed was her support and love, which I wasn't getting at all.

He picked up his tiny hands and assembled them together inwards in a manner-full technique. He whispered, gently. "Can you give my my mum life, please Allah?". He returned back to his non-satisfying lifestyle. His dead arms and his blank mind only whispered one thing, and that was, Dad.
