It trigger and maintaining the state cost a drain of her Aura Storm which also uses bio electricity, meaning that if Li Mei don't make proper carefully preparations before taking on the heruka state she loses few year off her lifespan. A long drag out fight becomes difficult to maintain the state costing more on using the power rather than just using Aura Storm alone meaning a level 5 is more stable to fight on long battles than her. The flame scale corse dragon is a fatal matchup for Li Mei in this state as Kaneshiro uses and one shot and drain out Li Mei out the state.

And just as all mythical creatures World Eater can devoured the Wisdom King taking the source of the power away. Kaneshiro however confirms Li Mei  possess more than one Wisdom King as he confirms she should have died instantly if not for being the vessel of all the wisdom kings.

She has a hyper active personality jumping to being extremely excited to easily crying over the littlest things. As a crybaby she easily cries when her feelings are hurt, overwhelmingly embarrassed around a large crowd, for others pain, emotionally happy (such as Taishiro adopting her)

Terrible at directions asking others for help to get around, and recently using a high tech smartphone's GPS. Her poor directions goes far to a point she doesn't know the way home to her dorm room or to school.

Relationships

Tedashii Hamasaki
It is stated that they both made a promise some time ago on a bet of who would reach level 5 first between the two.
This might hinted they were on good terms with each other before she took Power Curriculum Program. (However this is disconfirm in Aru shinwa no ōrasutōmu) and speculated the promise after she took the power curriculum program. Tedashii does not decline her claim confirming to have agreed upon it.
Even though there relationship is of somewhat positive/neutral the two had their shuffles as Tedashii claims she's a good person who put a stop to some of his crimes. (Admitting they fought each other on serious issues)

However Tedashii broke the ice between the two even stating they are not friends, due to not feeling safe around Espers. This could hint from Tedashii's personal problems he is jealous of her as well and disliked her for her fast growth. Despite how cruel he is to her, she rather easily forgives him rather easy, after attacking him with her Esper ability.
Jeong-Min claims Tedashii is a dangerous influence on her since Li Mei listens to him and make changes to impressed him such as playing video games when shes extremely against technology.

Chronology

Background
It is known she came from China Beijing to invest in Esper abilities rather she rapidly made her way from level 1 to level 4 within a short time span. It is currently known she goes to the same school as Tedashii. She is also one year younger than Tedashii this could mean she skipped a grade.

Lei Mei spots Tedashii and sneak attack him. He dodges her challenge attempts. She reminds him of there bet and claim that he was pretend to dropout of school so he can practice in secret after seeing his Vector Malice. She then attacked him with her esper ability and ask for a duel. Tedashii snaps and tells her to leave after admitting that he did dropout. She tells him that there visor is giving him a second chance and not to give up on his friend, he then states that they are not friends hurting her feelings. She storm off after a judgement member interrupted the quarrel. The judgement member then pick up a invitation slip that she accidentally drop handing it towards Tedashii showing that she was planning to invite him to her party that her family was throwing to celebrate her level up.

She is later teleported away from the shopping center along with everyone excluding Tedashii and Akahana by Move Point, and later seen complaining and crying to a Anti-Skill Officer about her belongings were left behind. The Anti-Skill member advise her to return home to her dorm, but she mistakenly took it as a insult to return back to China. Before she engaged to proceed assault another Anti-Skill Member, (Yomikawa Aiho) effortless calm her down with a joke. She spotted Tedashii sneaking out the shopping center, but was interrupted by Yomikawa, she is later seen looking for her parents with Yomikawa.
