Heaven and Hell

a little introduction

I'm Darya and I died when I was 15. I committed suicide. Some of you might ask why I did what I did. Well, I did it because some boy broke my heart and I fell into this deep dark hole because of it. And after a while, I just didn't see the point of living this life anymore. But ever since that day I have been in heaven. And here I found something to live for again. Well to strive for, because I'm dead. Ever since I have been here they have been training me to be a guardian angel. It's something everybody does when they get to heaven. You go to these special classes where they train you in all kinds of aspects. They teach you how to be invisible to humans but still help them, they also teach you a lot of rules. Don't show yourself to humans, don't changes their death day. Yes we know all the death days of all humans and we can't change them. If we do then we get punished and send to this medium place, a place where all guardian angels who broke the rules get send to, to stroll for the rest of eternity. The most important rule that they teach you is to never help another human. You see, on their 18 birthday, each guardian angel gets appointed one human they need to guard for as long as the human lives. And when your human dies you can choose to guard another one or stop being a guardian angel. Most People choose to guard another human, but there are 2 main reasons why angels choose to stop guarding: the first one is that they can't stand all the hate and war that is happening on earth, and the second on is they had to guard somebody they knew when they we're alive. I have heard from other angels that this is very painful. They have to be close to somebody they love, sometimes this person is still grieving the death of the angel. And the angel can't comfort them by telling they are alright or that they are with them all the time. Some times angels are so mentally hurt by it that we have to send them to a special place. Nobody knows where this place is and who is in it. All they tell us is that angels get to rest their minds there. But the strange thing is, angels also never return form this mysterious place.

Today is the day I turn 18 so today is also the day I get to know which human I'm guarding. But before I they tell me the name of my human I have to take a test and do my vow. The only thing they tell you about your test is that you have to be honest and remember the rules of guarding a human. Most angels pass the test, but there are a few cases where angels failed and never comeback. There are angels who say that when you fail the test they send you to a kind of prison. But there are also worse stories that say that when you fail your test they immediately send you to hell.
